You may be correct - thanks for the input! They're nearly the same as khanom bueang, but those more resemble a taco, with a single fold. I can't say if the ingredients are any different, but these that are rolled into a cylinder I was told were known as kanom Tokyo, at least in the "old town" section of Chantaburi. I was abt roww 4 & didn't know it was coming. The college pres. Still had 2 shake his hand &han him his diploma. The look on Hal's face was classic
