The 3/4ths ant is so much better
Those were the days, I remember when me dar took me into local pie shop to pick out me first ant, but all them places have been closed under health standards now, that bastards
Was ist das schrekliche gepong! Ein scheiss haus.
Are you giving drugs to the tiger? Yes. Last week he ate 2 Jehovah's Witnesses.
He's not lying, it really is the book on ants :D
Is this the required watch for Karens of the world? Manageeeeeer!
Graham is so funny. RIP Graham. ❤ You gave us a lot of laughs.
👏😊
When this has been posted, UA-cam was 2 years old.
This is one of my favourite sketches 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
the pan to the man on fire.....gold.
3:55 A historic moment. Eric was the first Karen to appear on TV
❤❤❤❤❤
The funny thing is the Eric Idle constantly wore wigs in the show , as he had very long hair to hide. 😂😂😂
considering what a prick he is its a slight surprise he wasn't battered but I guess that's where all shop scams like that come from..No arrest and more money spoooooooooooooooky
.
.
👍
At the start, Grants department store Croydon as it was.
I met a traveller from an antique land, Who said-“Two vast and trunkless legs of stone Stand in the desert. . . . And on the pedestal, these words appear: My name is Ozymandias, King of Kings; Look on my Works, ye Mighty, and despair! -Glass of Shelley
What a load of unfunny shite....
You should always fork out the dough for the champions.🤔
The 4th Series of Monty Python was rubbish
Would you remember a very tall man, 6'9" with a scar from here to here? Yes. Well this guy was very small with a high pitched voice.
The Paisley section was refering to Ian Paisley, Northern Ireland politician whose speeches were always very shouty!
Remove the subtitles next time.
No, & this was uploaded 17yrs ago lol
His name is Marcus 🎉
Eric makes a fabulous keats, he could be his brother!
"If you love a bit of love the neighbour (and who doesn't now and again)"
Buenísimo!!!.
by far the most Kafkaesque sketch in their repertoire. the nightmare and absurdity in bureaucracy of a department store. among my favorites.
I always loved how seriously Monty Python took being very, very silly.
None more serious: none more silly
if you don't take being silly serious then why are you being so silly? don't take yourself so seriously, take being silly serious!....ugh, right, I've gone cockeyed again lol
Unfortunately the Fighting Temeraire turned out to be a scab
I wonder if Terry Gilliam had a hand in writing this? The part with the lift made me think of his and their movies (and the wholething seemed directed almost movie-like).
Apparently another commenter said this was originally going to be part of The Holy Grail.
Mind bloggling costume change by Pallin in this skit
Crackpot seems to be an unnecessary word here
I know the last season isn't generally as good as the others and isn't as remembered as the Pythons' other work, but there are some moments from this season that can still floor me. This sketch is one of them and so is the part earlier in this episode where the main guy's mother is complaining about all the animals he's bought. Just hilarious.
As a practicing member of the Cartoon Religion, I am deeply offended by this sketch.
It seems there’s a lot of people who have been professionally trained by these scenes.
Tough luck for them as the department store is a thing of the past
The Divine Loooney Archbishop didn't sing the sacred hymn! 🎵de de de DEEEE🎶. De de de DEEE de🎵... 🤓😎✌🏻🇬🇧
I met a traveler in an Ant-ique land
I thought i seen them all but this one is new to me.
OdE to A GlaSS Of ShERRY

He must look like Michael Ellis if he is confused with him.
If you think about it, this is a parody on the megachurch of today. Maybe they were being prophetic back then.
Nah, religion has always been a racket to make money. The American televangelists just said the quiet part out loud.
I got chills down my spine when Graham Chapman turned to the camera and said my name out loud
oh my goodness!! I would have too, if he had uttered my name, instead of your's 😂😮
☺
I'm planing to change my name by deed pole to Michael Ellis, so I can also feel that tingle.
Come on now, you're not Michael Ellis! You're an impostor. Or a Michael Ellis impersonator.
🧟 OOoooOoOoOoHrrrr
"Yes, I'm The Manager"
Classic
Of all the surreal things in Python, this episode is the most surreal of all. The whole Michael Ellis existential/alienation background story
feels like a version of purgatory
😅
