Me who’s only been adjusting the height 😭😭😭
I ran all the time in my 20s to my 40s. It's quite a different picture being fit from anything when you're 60. In your 20s it's pretty easy to be actually. In the last year I've really turned this stuff around. Ramped up the cycling since last summer from not taking it seriously enough to now, where it's actually real athletics for me. Now at 157 pounds compared to 185 last summer, I'm beginning again to get some jogging in along with road cycling as the mainstay. Cycling is certainly staying in place, but as for running as a sideline, we'll see.
I also think that the big secret is drawing on what you practiced and felt when you were 20 or 25 and applying it when your 55 or 60, especially if you let yourself drift physically for any amount of time. That's how you get your real self back.
