The video is part of a learning resources designed to support health practitioners to understand more about one-session treatment for specific phobias in children and young people and to be able to apply treatment in practice.
The learning is predominantly for mental health practitioners but will be of interest to family members, the public, educators, and social care professionals and community workers.
The learning was designed by researchers based at the University of York and Hull York Medical School.

ASPECT was a research study investigating whether one-session treatment versus CBT is effective for treating specific phobias in children and young people.
The study was funded by the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) Health and Technology Assessment Programme. The findings are published in full in Health Technology Assessment; Vol. 26, No. 42. The trial was registered as ISRCTN19883421.
