Приєднався 14 бер 2014
Black History Mini Docs is a series designed to provide quick, engaging insights into significant figures and events in Black history. Created by legendary filmmaker Neema Barnette (Civil Brand, Women thou Art Loosed: On The 7th Day, Queen Sugar) and husband actor/filmmaker Reed R. McCants (Cuttin’ Da Mustard, King Of Stage), these mini documentaries are crafted to fit our fast-paced digital age, using cinematic techniques similar to music videos and movie trailers.
The series covers a wide range of topics, from the lives of civil rights leaders like Thurgood Marshall and Ida B. Wells to lesser-known but equally important figures such as Sarah Parker Remond and Callie House. Each mini doc is designed to be both informative and inspiring, making it easy to learn about Black history in just a few minutes.

MALCOMX X ,EXCORIATED THE COMMUNITY OF HARLEM ON A THROW BACK SPEECH HE DID IN HARLEM, HE SAID "IT'S IT'S A SHAME, THAT FANNIE LOU HAMMER, CAME HER TO THE CHURCH TODAY.AND VERY FEWE SHOWED UP TO SUPPORT,HER THEY SHOULD HAVE HEARD WHAT THEY WAS DFOING TO HEER DOWN THERE,IT'S IT'S A SHAME". YEAH DE JA VU. THEY ARE GOOD AT ASKING THE JEWISH BUSINESS OWNERS TO CLOSE 125TH ST TO HONOR MALCOLM X ON HIS BURTHDAY,ETC, THEY DO THIS ANNUALLY FOR ABOUT 3HOURS AFTER BEGGING FOR EARS,LOL, YET WHO KILLED HIM. NOT THE JEWISH FOLKS BLACKS DID. WE ARE OUR OWN WORSE ENEMY.LOOK WHAT HARLEM DID TO A INNOCENT FAMILY THAT AFFECTED 4 GENERATIONS.THAT STORY IS BURIED NOW, NOT A SOUL FELT ANY SHAME NOR REMORSE. IT ALL WAS BORN FROM HATRED TOWARDS GOD HIMSELF. THIS FAMILY STILL RECOVERING FROM THAT OUTLANDISH ONSLAUGHT OF EVIL THAT RESULTED IN MULTIPLY DEATHS.ALL THE PARADES,FESTIVALS AND OTHER CELEBRATIONS HEADED BY THOSE WHOM VEHETMENTLY HATE GOD,ARE JUSTY PURE TRASH. ALL OF IT. NOT THE WHITRE MAN CAME TO DESTROY THIS FAMILY IT WAS ALL DEVISED,ANDF CARRIED OUT BY THERE OWN DEMONIC SICKLY DEPRAVED BRETHREN.3/4THS OF THEMALES FROM THAT AREA WAS VEHETMENTLY HATING THIS ONE PERSON UNTIL IT RESULTED IN DEATH,GRTIEF,LOST OF RESOURCES,AS WIVES,MOTHERS,CHILDRENAND ELDERS JJUST LAUGHED ABOUT IT AND STILL LAUGING TIL THIS DAY ABOUT WHAGT WENTY DOWN IN THAT PLACED KNOWED AS THE "GATES OF HELL". NOT A SOUL FROM THE 4 CORNERS OF THIS EARTH CARED, SUPPORTED BUT LAUGHED ALONG WITH THE CROWD. THE SHAME OF A WHOLE NATION CHOSEN BY GOS HIMSELF. A LITTERAL DISGRACE TO SEE THAT LEVEL OF DEPRAVE HATRED TOWARDS THOSE WHOM DID NO HARM,TREATED ALL WELL. THIS IS WHAT THEY AS A PEOPLE FELT THIS FASMILY DESREVED, "FORGIVE THEM FATHER FOR THEY KNOW NOT". BUT WILL REAP WHAT THEY SOWED FOR HATING GOD AND TAKING THERE ANGST OUT ON A FAMILY SPANNING 4 GENERATIONS. . IT WAS NOT WHITES FOLKS BUT THOSE CLAIMING TO BE, AND COHESIVE LOT.ALL DISGIUSED WITH OATHES TO THIS BEAST WHO HATES THEM BITTERLYBUT THEY LOVE THE BEAST . AND HATED QUALITY AMONSGT THEM, "WHOLE HEAD IS SICK" GOD SAID "I FIND NO PLEASURE IN THESE PEOPLE" " THEY ALL ARE ESTRANGED FROM ME". HATRED THAT WAS SO DEEP THEY GRIEVED AND INNOCENT FAMILY, AND TRYED TO DESTROY THE DIGNITY THESE FOLKS BELIEVED THEY DID'NT DESERVE. NO ONE SHOULD FEEL SORRY FOR THEM WHEN TIME COMES TO ANSWER FOR THERE EVIL UNMERCILESS ACTIONS.IF THIS COMMENT IS ERASED THAT IS FURTHER PROOF WE CAN COMPLAIN ABOUT OTHERS BUT NEVER SEEK TO CORRECT OVERSELVES.
This man opened sooooo many Doors 🚪 without him nothing in the world 🌍 of comedy would exist on a conscious level!
Double like.

Ditto ditto and ditto!! It’s definitely something awesome to witness Reed R. McCants continuing his brother’s great legacy!! Although to no surprise, because genius talent is strongly imbedded in the family DNA! Same for his wife Neema! It’s something about those Harlem-ites!! I know Bob Slade is proudly smiling through the veil ! And I look forward to hearing more from Horace Glasper! Thanks for keeping our rich and extraordinary history alive!! ❤
@@b.brisker4199 wow again thanks a lot. Your words touch my heart.
Reed McCants is exhibiting a family trait of superior broadcasting. Reed and the late, Great radio broadcaster Bob Slade of WBLS are brothers.?Bob Slade is a Hall of Fame and legendary radio broadcaster who was based in New York City. One very bad Sister
Remember that TV movie when roger Mosley from Magnum P.I. was singing Leadbelly? He could sing his butt off, i love silver city bound he did, and the movie was such an inspiration to me, and it was educational about blind lemon, i learned all of his songs, and would teach ppl that thought his songs was other peoples, i would educate them, nope BLJ wrote that, and that's why he was da funk
My great grandmother actually used to listen to him!!❤
Love this
How about,oppressive
Same fights, same rights, should have definitly been applied.
*bouncing down the street on giant testicles*
Yeah and people leave out that W.E.B. Du Bois led a campaign against him through the NAACP magazine, called "Garvey Must Go" , because he collaborated with the KKK because he believed in their ideas of miscegenation and the Back-to-Africa movement. This is in a large part why he created the Black Star Line. He even said “I regard the Klan, the Anglo-Saxon clubs and White American societies, as far as the Negro is concerned, as better friends of the race than all other groups of hypocritical whites put together.”
Must never forget!!!
She got pregnant by married man and had a boyfriend at age15
