Dragonborn vs Alduin First Meeting - Skyrim Special Edition Remastered
Bro, I kill Dragon for Armor. Stop telling Me What to Do. With Odahviing dan Phatrunax I could Solo Your Country. Don't make Me start of The Forbidden Power of Console Command which I Have.
“We are here to make sure you don’t violate the white-gold concordat!” “Well you don’t belong here, a dominion in a place of peace? Begone” “We will not leave!” “So do you want to have a battle? 1 Dragonborn vs all the Thalmor?” “…” “Leave”
Accurate lore full power dragonborn uses bend will and makes them all obey him
Clearly a Stormcloak MC. Lol.
The Stormcloaks were actually CREATED by the Thalmor to weaken the Empire. Uflric is actually a Thalmor created rebel, Tullius kinda knows this, Ulfric is actually really stupid and also racist. Even if the Empire wins or loses in Skyrim they still are weakened, if the Nords were smarter they’d go along with the ploy and still support the Empire.
Tullius always annoyed me with his pity party crap.
I dont remember any of that when i played the game on ps3
i let the thalmor stay because then ulfric gets more territory in the truce
I sympathise with the stormcloaks but there blinded by there hatred. They needed to work together to stop the thalmor, the real enemy
Elenwen: "The Thalmor will treat with whatever government rules Skyrim. We would not think of interfering in your petty Civil War." Bitch, that's exactly what you've done, don't deny it. You incited it when you demanded that Nords abandon Talos worship, knowing full well how they'd take that. It was a deliberate tactic to divide Skyrim against herself and weaken her, so that when you launch your next Great War against the Empire, Skyrim will be too weak to come to the Empire's aid. You knew exactly what you were doing.
Dude was completely bias
Galmar: "Sorry guys, I am late, I was with the Lusty Argonian Maid on the bathroom." Ulfric: "Galmar you embarrassed me in front of the elves, you are going to get to know my thu'un."
Tullius: "I want Riften, Winterhold, Dawnstar, Windhelm, 500 000 septims... And I want to bang your wife..." Dragonborn: "No." Tullius: "You are unfair!"
I always chose to let the Thalmor stay, but told elf wench to keep her mouth shut as she doesn't have any say at the negotiations.
Lmao they all solemnly wait for that late Stormcloak thane before beginning 😂
I do the same all the time
What mission is this
Wait, what part of the game is this? 😮
Ulfric and the last dragonborn should have just killed everyone on the left side including that elven cow
Not gonna lie; I'm not used to seeing the three different parties there. By the time I'm this far in the Main Quest I've already pulverized the Stormcloaks off the map, kek.
I would've killed them on sight despite being a snow elf
"We represent the Emperor here!" Does that line change if the Emperor was killed in the DB questline?
I don’t think so as the imperial oath changes from to the emperor Titus mede to just the emperor
Even on my empire playthrough I still sided with Ulfric wanting the thalmor gone.
Civil war is complicated. I understand the imperials stance. A United front is what’s best against the aldimari dominion. But by taking their right to worship their main god your destroying the culture weakening the region all together. It’s like the stormcloats are on the right side of history with the wrong people since ulfric isn’t him. And the good people like the previous high king and his wife are on the wrong side of history with empire. I feel both side are being influenced by the aldimari dominion. And feel like there is a lot less corruption in Skyrim than ulfric believes. And would’ve had better success with a more low key approach
Do this as a High Elf. Imagine the inner workings of her thought process.
I would love the ability to just straight up go on a killing spree against unssupportiv thalmor nobles, not the smartest choice but fun
some advise: dont skip dialogue when you make a vid like this for on youtube...
You can skip this by going to war with the Storm cloaks or. Imperials and skip this hole quest
Rebel scum that you are
How do you get this mission?
You have to get to the part where you capture a dragon in whiterun without doing the civil war
I wish i could just be a tyrannical dictator like miraak. I should be able to enslave alduin and become a daedric prince such as talos became an aedra
Talos didn become a Aedra Even if he became a god he still wouldn’t be a Aedra
@@wolves600 fuckin whatever nerd
"Get the hell off my planet"
The thalmor should be dealing with the unending bandit hordes instead of these guys. They are the real power in Skyrim.
2:54 Galmar being the one that was making everyone wait lol
Tbh this whole thing really was dumb...for a few days or weeks of truce i want your most valuable province or for you to replace one of your moat loyal leaders. Huh?
I think it’s hilarious that Tulius acts as if trading Riften for Markarth is not a fair trade
An insanely rich silver mine area, for a small skunk town full of criminals and thieves? yeah...nothing to be upset about lol. Ulfric was over-inflating Riftan's value when he called it the jewel of Skyrim to try and make it seem like he'd be losing something huge, or, he's just the biggest moron in the room.
@@kyliam80 Okay, so the Empire should just get Riften for free, you’ve convinced me /s You severely underestimate the advantage Riften gives the Empire over the Stormcloaks, like the fool you are. Riften is more valuable to the Empire than Markarth is to the Stormcloaks. The Stormcloaks pretty much have to take over Falkreath to even have easy access to Markarth. Meanwhile, Riften is right on the border with Cyrodiil, and is one of the political power houses in Skyrim (ergo Maven Black-Briar)
@@kyliam80 Riften is the best trade route to Cyrodiil. Easily much better for the Empire. It's not just the city. It's the entire hold.
I just noticed that the voices echo in the room! My version of the game literally doesn't do that. It's such a cool effect!
It also echoes even when you're in dungeons and your follower is speaking.
Always thought it was weird for everyone to arrive at High Hrothgar on foot. Doesn't anyone have horses other than the Dragonborn? And while I can see Ulfric being ballsy enough to show up with just Galmar as a bodyguard, I can't imagine General Tullius letting Jarl Elisif go anywhere outside the Blue Palace without a minimum of a squad of legionnaires. And while I'm sure Balgruuf would LIKE to go to Hrothgar alone, I highly doubt Irileth would let him go anywhere without a squad of guards. OTOH, we do know that he's snuck out to the Bannered Mare on numerous occasions. Ah, well. That's why we have mods.
Is this modded?
This made me hate Tulius even more. The nerve of bringing a Thalmor and then asking for concessions when they are losing the war. A fair deal would have been to freeze the lines and call a truce. I am not convinced that Tulius isn't a high elf wearing a mask.
Tullius unlike ulfric knows that war with the Thalmor is likely and explains that the Empire is not sending more soldiers in order for a large scale war. Avartis video does explain this.
What are you even on about? The imperials weren’t losing the war nor was Tulius a Thalmor supporter. If you actually played the imperial path then that much would be obvious. The Stormcloaks are the obvious moron faction actively playing directly into the Thalmor’s hands.
Tullius *HAD* to bring Elenwen along because if The Empire is still gathering its strength for the next war. If something happens that breaks the White Gold Concordat Elenwen *will* know and The Thalmor *will* start the next war too early and it would wipe out all of Tamriel. He had no choice.
I don't think I ever had the Thalmor attend the meeting hmmm and honestly from and intellectual standpoint you should want to exclude them. The Thalmor are obsessed with ruling the kingdoms of men in fact the desire to enslave them as the Ayleids did. The Thalmor have an angle on Ulfric as you learn from his dossier and they dictate the actions of the empire ultimately. The Dragonborn is the greatest weapon the humans have against the Aldmeri Dominion and all of Mer kind therefore he commands their fear, he holds a power not even their greatest sorcerers can acquire the power to use the language of dragons no the language of gods and the power to befriend or dominate and command dragon kind. The Dragonborn is the tipping factor in the war for the control of Tamriel. Besides Talos there isn't a known Dragonborn outside of the first age and they came from a time when the Dragon Cult and Ysgramor ruled and protected skyrim with profound strength and the elves were afraid of them because they could not march over them and enslave them. The Dragon Born is like the only chance the empire and the rest of humanity has to be free from another coming of the Ayleid Empire he is way more important and has a bigger destiny than just beating Alduin. As the last Dragonborn he has to be humanities champion against the endless servants of the Daedra that would see humanity enslaved or destroyed. Some fans forget a good handful of the Daedra are committed to destroying the creations of Lorkhan's deception upon the Aedra in the creating of mundus which includes Humanity. If Elder Scrolls 6 doesn't go in on this I would be disappointed. Some fans don't even know no other race than a human one can be canonically Dragonborn the other options are just for the roleplay of the player and this is due to the fact that those races were not created with the gifts of the gods that humanity was, I am curious about the story of how powerful the first Man or Woman was because they would have the purest 1st hand power of these gifts not some deluded power over descended lineages going thousands of years. If this upsets anyone I don't care that's just a lore fact the Elves and kind of Mer existed before the creation of mundus it's literally inspired By Tolkien's Silmarillion story of how the Elves were the first creations and they lived with the gods before the world was actually created.
ayo FUCK the altmer
Idk every demand tulius had seemed reasonable to me
Extremely unreasonable, unfounded, and he views neutrality with more hostility than Ulfric does, as is evident by OP’s choices literally being the most neutral option. You hear how Galmar refutes the accusations of what happened at Karthwasten? It’s because he genuinely can’t believe his own comrades would do such a thing
He brought the city exchange to the table, he provoked the Stormcloaks and the Dragonborn by bringing along the Thalmor and let's not get into his reaction to the trade of Riften for Markarth.
"Meeeehhhhhh I do what I want because Imma Thalmor" Bitch I can summon 3 dragons, right now. DO YOU WANT THE SMOKE?!
I think the dragonborne could've seized the opportunity to make everyone in that room support him as a true dragonborn and claimant to the Empire. Gaining power in the shadows, ending the civil war because they know the dragonborne will rule them all and, most importantly, fight the Thalmor and end the altmer dominion. I think in the lore it could be pretty possible that our dragonborne becomes the next emperor and we see him as the emperor fighting the dominion in TES VI
Bethesda won't give you that satisfaction
I hope that in elder scrolls 6 that we get to kill those damn elves
Heros never stick around
After Starfield I honestly hope we don't get a TES 6...
Well we have the trailer yet@@Filho-s1w
man, arngeir is really a sanctimonious condescending prick
In my thousands of hours playing, I have NEVER played in favor of the Empire. Even with trying, they are beyond insufferable. I am a proud Storm Cloak player. Always... Phuck the false empire, and those that would sacrifice Talos for political gain. There is no "peace" with the Thalmor; only an armistice. A clouded truce rife with blatant corruption. One that would have any free Nord in chains... Down with the Empire, and may the elven slime feel the wrath of the Ascended God Dragons. May the *NINE DIVINE* strike down the scum...
here, here
They really dropped the ball on this part, they could have used the Thalmor dossier here but I guess it wouldn't "just work".
Take that Thalmor dossier with a grain of salt. Do you truly trust the Thalmor to be honest about their failures and shortcomings, even amongst themselves?… especially amongst themselves Am I saying that everything incorrect and it has no value? Absolutely not! But what i am saying is Ulfric being an asset is abstract, and i do not trust the validity of the claim that they “let him escape” imprisonment. Sure, maybe they elected to not -try to- stop him, but there’s plenty of motivation behind why they would *outside* of a continual strife in Skyrim. Ulfric would have escaped, regardless, so why waste valuable lives on a futile endeavor? Especially since meri reproduction is very slow and rare.
@@fanamatakecick97 not taking anything away from outside forces and other things interplaying the dilemma, just saying: presenting a golden opportunity on a part of the game I think could work well for a narrative. The peace negotiations underway, the dragonborn can present the dossier to Galmar or Ulfric to decide what to do from that point onward.
@@NCWV13 Ah, okay. Sorry for being jaded
@@fanamatakecick97 neither I or you are jaded, just saying what came to mind and a idea what I thought in a certain perspective was a good one.
@@NCWV13 No, i am jaded due to this comment section. So many people, seeing Tulius making such brash demands, are still like “Empire is based,” “Ulfric is a Thalmor associate,” “Stormcloak victory will ensure a permanent Thalmor foothold in Skyrim” Two of these are verifiably false, given information in the game, and one is an outright delusional proclamation. That’s what i meant by being jaded. Because i kinda just assumed you were like many in thinking Ulfric being an “asset” is synonymous with “association,” when, in fact, your comment exudes neutrality, if not coherent (aka, not blind) support of Ulfric
Ulfric has balls to speak like that - isnt he an agent of the Thalmor himself? :D
Imagine walking all the way to High Hrothgar only to leave within A minute.
I mean 10 minutes isn't bad
@@xaviersavard6343for the npcs that walk at a snails pace it would be a lot longer. Also since in game it’s only 700+ steps and in lore it’s 7000, Skyrim is near a 1 to 10 scale to reality so it would be even longer. Takes about 3.5 hours in game to climb non stop while jog running as the player. 3.5 x 10. So in reality it would take 35 hours if you never took a break. For the npcs it would be 10x slower if not more I think. Someone should calculate that.
I did this in my fan-fiction story, and my protagonist, Marcus, knew full well that he intended to do just that: make them schlep up the 7000 steps, only to have to schlep back down. 😄
She's a Thalmor, she most likely portal'd to the meeting. Mages don't walk anywhere.
@@MikMoen, I can't imagine the Greybeards would allow that. I saw what they did to a bunch of thugs who came to High Hrothgar to "teach the Dragonborn a lesson."
