Explanation of why there is a 42 gear box in the anti torque system in any Bell medium group heavier than 9,000 lbs. Any OEM will have specific angle intermediate gear box for the same function. The reason is to reduce torsional forces due to the anti-torque process

Remember that there are different type of seals, the new one installed during this video is the newest which I believe will resolve some issues. do you mean mast assy inspection? There is a video regarding the mast seal leak and I go over few things there in that video. Regards
@@HTIGLOBAL on how to preform 2500hrs inspection on mast.
Now after doing a TB it is extended to 3000 hrs. the special inspection. Be careful about -101 and -103 as torque value are different!! During our overhaul course we disassembly, inspect it and assembly back . It is a very interesting class.
Best way to fix all this is do away with the tail rotor, so tandems or bi axial etc.

Hello, there is not, Bell give you instructions how to route the lines and which lines to cap. But you can make one yourself. Remember that the best calibration is the one done while the engines are running, it will be more accurate.

All -340 seals used in xmsn, including the Mast seal , wear faster than the older types.
Always has an issue the xmsn leaks.. Regards.
Why do you use mobil 28grease for t/r?
you are allowed to use mobil 28 or aeroshell 22. Only hanger bearing must be Mobil 28.

Yes, in the 212 they use the Garlock seal.

Yes, and it is normal as the bearings are cold. During design they need to leave space sl when the bearing gets hot, it will expand.
