LOL just the expression on her face when I shot a thicker and substantial load was worth it, I used what I mentioned last month and after the first 3 weeks or so my volume visibly doubled, I just go'ogled Jan Venstaker's Shooting Ropes and the intensity has been insane!

I just found out 4 months ago that I have klinefelter, and I'm 45. Interesting is that I went to fertility doctor a Dr.Seaman in 2017 they said I had low t, never said anything about klinefelter. So he put me on hcg to see if I could produce sperm. They even suggested cutting a slice of testical tissue to see if they could find any live sperms,he couldn't give me a high % success, so I opted out. He never put me on trt. It wasn't until my endocrinologist Dr. Vywich that I was going for mounjaro for weight loss. I'm 6'2" stocky but I've always struggled with weight. I would go to the gym everyday, so I'm rather strong, but I platue around 225 in bench and similar results with other exercises no matter what I did. I sustained a miniscus tear, and I really packed on weight. I was 395 lbs about 1.5 years later. I'm 280 lbs but still have a pear shaped despite eating healthier and being at a deficit. Dr. V suggested a genetics test and said I was diagnosed in 2017. I was besides my self to say the least, kind of furious, actually, that no one explained anything to me. I'm now on Trt. I do 100ml a week, but split does 50ml Mon and 50ml on Thursday since trt has 7 day half. The split help with up and down effect. This has been life changing. I almost feel like my body is growing with growing pains in shoulders. Sleep improved, I never had terrible libido, but it's def up. No anxiety, no depression, I still have ADHD can change that, but I feel it has some what stabilized. I have better focus and motivation. It has been life changing. Besides you tube, I'm not sure what I should be doing or what my experience with trt will have on my body. Most people that talk about it are diagnosed younger, so they grew a semi normal rate as other boys there age where an doing it at 45. Not sure what expect. I'm 45, look early 30s, married, own a catering company so I've done well without trt but it has made me feel whole. I've always felt like something was missing. Can you give me any material on what I'll be experiencing. Sorry, I know it's a lot. 😂 I'm just seeking some knowledge

The latter part of this presentation is primarily looking at forensic services patients. I have worked in MH for 18 years, I have had narcissists & psychopaths in my care / on my books. This descriptive is more about psycho/social behaviour. Capacity at the time of the crime in the UK is what decides whether a person can be prosecuted. Or if there is a lack there of a MHAA is the other route. Shes primarily talking about psychopathy

I was diagnosed before I was born with XXY and did sports throughout middle school and high school but wasn’t able to grow much muscles just a bit of abs. It wasn’t until I got Covid that I went down in a spiral. Asthma came back, coughed blood from time to time, got diagnosed at 20 with osteoporosis and declared infertile. At 21, Lost health insurance. a few months ago got checked out for a lesion in my mouth that was found to be either herpes or cancer. Got ruled out of herpes from blood but no cancer; doctor couldn’t help me and I could get TRT. During college for DQ from the military. I have a degree in criminology but can’t get any jobs in government. Policing I can try but I’m probably going to be disqualified. Attempting police academy soon, but we’ll see. If I get disqualified, I’m going to try to go for 911 dispatch as I got licensed in high school. If I don’t. I’m trying to get certifications for cybersecurity but no luck with jobs. Programming now. But I’m trying. Soon I’m thinking about taking my life as I have no opportunities. I want to give my family and friends closure but I know I’d have to do it in a way that no one knows where I went. But idk. No one may ever see this. People don’t know I’m struggling. I can’t do a career I worked for all my life.

I didn’t find out that I had Trisomy X until I took one of those ancestry DNA tests (I think it was 23&me) and then I also had it confirmed through a genetic screening done by my doctor. I have ADHD, learning disabilities, anxiety, and depression. I was also quite tall for my age as a kid and started puberty a bit on the earlier side, but not that abnormal. I also had delayed development of speech and motor skills. There’s not much information online about this genetic syndrome so thanks for posting this.

As an XXY that was forced down the GIC route, I have to say from my own experience GIC's are not the place for XXY's for the reason, they don't understand our minds, nor our endocrinology. But until there is better consideration for non male identifying XXY's, GIC's is all there is and there are massive years long waiting lists to contend with. Ffor it to stand, male identifying XXY's are being treated better than non male identifying XXY's through their easier access to hormone therapy everyone agrees is beneficial to the XXY.

After having a Trisomy 13 baby, that died, my husband & I were sent to a geneticist. I was diagnosed with Trisomy X Mosaic. I don't know if that's why I had the Trisomy 13 baby, or not. I've had a lot of health problems that were mentioned, even though I have Trisomy X in only 1% of my cells. I may also have chimerism because on my right side, all of my organs seem to be bad, but not my left side.

25:54, all of it sounds familiar. I thought everyone’s food got stuck. Sometimes, it takes three tries to get it down. I won’t eat, unless I’m within reach of a drink. Once, I put two crackers in my mouth, realized I had nothing to drink, and began looking for a mud puddle, just in case.

If we're hard to teach, this guy is impossible. This channel is called AXYS see any syndrome that only manifests after the onset of puberty in there? Has nobody ever approached this guy with the notion that XXY is not KS? My reading says the karyotypes that have been found in men with KS are 46XY, (approximately 20%) 46XX male, 47XXY, 48XXYY, 48XXXY, 49XXXXY and various mosaic forms such as 46XY/47XXY etc.....
