Are all Kohler fill valves the same? I bought a brand new tall Kohler stool, but the fill valve wouldn't fill the tank when flushed. The original valve had a yellow top (#1461660). The replacement they sent me has a white top (#1549322) and no matter how much I adjust it, it doesn't come within 2 inches of the drain pipe, so I am getting a rather halfhearted flush. So I ask again, are all Kohler fill valves the same?

You didnt really show how to install the parts, like how to make it seal on the bottom without leaking, which is what I need to see.

I bought both, the Gillette with the original blades works better for me than the Willkinson with the original blades. The Wilkinson is too aggressive for me, the Gillette is gentler. I'm currently using the Gillette with the Astra blades, no cuts, no razor burn, this combination is perfect for me personally. I will now use the Gillette and the Willkinson with other blades, maybe the Willkinson will still score points. The workmanship of Gillette is top notch, the material is right for the material, the Willkinson doesn't make such a high-quality impression to me, the handle is too long for me personally, but changing the blades works better than with the Gillette.
