There’s enough money to go around . Starting pay should be higher with profit sharing Structured into your performance. People still need to pay there bills at the end of the day it shouldn’t come at the cost of the technicians. Labor and parts are marked up 900 percent in the HVAC industry . It’s highly profitable .

my question is , i know you said don't chase the money. but what if your with a company not getting payed enough and your just surviving . do you venture off for better opportunity if X amount of months or years pass by?
