Hi there! My name is Ali and I want to help you relax and learn how relaxing it can be to knit, crochet, and spin wool into yarn, as well as how to prepare the fiber for spinning. Here you can find relaxing, fun, and educational videos about knitting, crocheting, fiber preparation, and spinning wool into yarn. You can also find tutorials on how to spin, crochet, and prepare fiber for spinning.
A few years ago, I realized that my fiber art tools can be use to create ASMR sensations to help me relax, so I decided I wanted to share them with you! Knitting, crocheting, and spinning wool into yarn can be so satisfying. You can also see the various ways to prepare fiber for spinning, including making art batts on a drum carder, rolags on a blending board, carding using hand card, and more! I love using a variety of colors to make both art yarn and regular yarn.

TdF Hand Spinning Yarn from @FairilyFiberFun Art Batts | Collaboration
Welcome! Today we are hand spinning yarn from an art batt made by Kim from @FairilyFiberFun. This video is a collaboration with Fairily Fiber Fun. Kim was one of the co-captains of the Tour de Fleece team that I spun with. She made beautiful batts for everyone who bought one. This batt was made primarily from Cheviot wool. Spinning yarn from this batt was a very interesting experience, because I had never spun yarn from Cheviot wool before.
