Maybe you went to far w/the press and pinched the connecting rod between crankshaft webs which created the stiffness? Find out your specifications and spread out the webs. Good luck.

You have to make a video explaining how do you open tha crankshaft and the size of the bearring pleace

I have the same quad, I just got it back from someone who rebuilt the engine but I don't think he primed it because my oil light stays on. I was riding it yesterday when I got it back, and looked down to realize it wasn't primed. Hopefully it didn't hurt the engine.

What bearing did you use?

How many ton is the jack?

Pull the oil filter side cover off, pull the oil filter out of the way, crack the WEEP HOLE cap until you see oil weeping out of it. Then tighten cap and re-install the filter and oil pump cover. You must remove all air from that system.

Why did the fan come on with the key? Was it already hot?

What did u replace bearing with I ended up taking crank apart and polishing the bushing and pressed back to together did u find a bearing to replace bushing with

losing prime . I wonder why

hey did you end up buying a new bearing and rod for the crank if so which shop been looking everywhere

check the oil pump that may be the issue or something electrical
