Excellent design. Are you at liberty to share the design of the center panel, the adjustable panel holder? Particularly how the support and movable brace work? Also, what hinge did you use? It allows you to move the angle of the panel. Thanks! 😀
@@WarrenPrindle center panel is a 1/2" part of sliced box ...additional 1/2"x3" for 4mm slider (5mm bolt slut)on top, with another 1/2" x5mm guide on both sides & to complete... another 3mm Basswood on top of it. I'm using 4"x1/2"angular aluminum, 1/16"thick as fabricated canvas panel clips.😁 2pcs Constant torque hinges are used...

@@dangrossheider7304 I used : 2pcs Constant torque hinges 1/16" x1/2" flat aluminum 1/16" x1/2" Angular aluminum 1/8" x1/2" blind rivets 4pcs 1/2"x1" 304 stainless hinges 3mm x12mm counter sunk Allen screws Studs & Snaps for strap (4mmx 15mm) 5mm plastic knob with 5mm Allen screws & 5mm 304 stainless washer 1/2" wide straps (black) 1/2"x1-1/2" wood cut into 2pcs (1/2" for top cover) All woods are glued, no nails are done 5mm marine plywood 3mm birch plywood All wooden parts are treated with anti insects or wood borers
