@@abyss1810 yeah this time of year is great for speckled trout. Use to tear em up on a cajun thunder with a vudu shrimp. Yeah might do some speck/ crappie fishing with it getting colder. Caught a slab on a crankbait the other day.

@@JupiterBassin I have a Yolotek juice bank that I've used on it, but the camera seems to get really hot, especially when shooting at 4k60 fps. I've never had it overheat or freeze on me though. Usually I'm just hitting the bank for a bit as I have already winterized my boat

@ yeah Im in florida yesterday when I fished a couple hrs it got pretty hot with the sun on it so its hard to judge but it still ran gopro would have gave me an hr and shut off

@ yes has the exact same setup when it comes to attachments and mounts. Yeah the battery wasn’t a huge issue with gopro but the overheating and constant issues of it freezing up or shutting off was. But the fact that I can run for 3 hrs without overheating and not having a power bank and cable attached is nice. So far I think it’s super easy to use and the files are easier to see than gopro on my laptop.

@@papaj4282 Ive never used the MAX4X but I would assume it’s around the same quality or better.Ive use the original black max and the Max X and they we great budget reels. For the Abu rods the veritas is my favorite but I like the vengeance as a budget rod. Look on scheels or walmart.com I always see deals for abu stuff

@@mackjenkins7721 thanks brother Im loving the new camera so far so it was worth it. The camera itself was 50 dollars cheaper than the gopro. The batteries for dji is 32 and gopro is like 25. But my dji battery lasted almost 6x as long as my gopro. I film over 3.5 hrs on the dji. It was great. I purchased 3 batteries but only needed 1 and a 1/4 for my whole trip. But im doing well. Hope you are too!

@@CrazyCranker I will for sure make a video. I have a comparison video between my gopro 11 which the camera specs are the same as the 13. That might be in a week or two. Im releasing a video on my first trip out using it. Spoiler It was a really positive experience with the dji.

I had a really really cuz cousin of mine get a hold of me Friday night & he hear about how i am about to have foot Surgery done & he came over to my house to hang out . We had dinner & some beers 🍻 together with my lil brother Tim . We laughed about something that we did back in the days . & did some catching up with each other & come to find out me moved back closer to me so he only a 10/15 min drive from me . He was very surprised about my foot surgery because he always knowing me for my feet 🦶 being 6 1/2 inches wide . He & his buddy always thought that I was crazy for hanging out with my cousin & coming to his house barefooted 👣 & hanging out in the street 60 miles away from home barefooted 👣 in the street . Today we all ( 6 boys , lil brother Tim , his son Jimmy , my cousin , we just sits back & ate some buffalo wings and drunk beer 🍻 & coke for the boys while watching NFL football games . It was a really good time man especially seeing & hanging out with my cousin again cuz it's been a year without any talking to each other . He a lil bit worried about my surgery & want to be there with my family when I have it done & I would love for him to be there . Plus two if my family needs his help he can be there because he is really really built . He used to play football so he's built because of that & i know that my big fat chubby self family going to need help carrying me when I can't use the wheelchair after surgery is done .

@JupiterBassin Both of my doctor ( regular doctor & foot doctor ) are waiting for my blood pressure to go down some . Since my sunburn my blood pressure has went up big time to were i can have a heart attack . I am on medication 💊 for it & both doctor are afraid that doing my surgery i could have a heart attack . I am going to have my surgery done between know & the end of this year . Soon as my blood pressure gets a lil bit down they're going to do it they said the other day even if it still high . It's a big surgery from what I understand & insurance company will not pay for it because it cause a lot of money to have this surgery . But the doctor had enough evidence to prove that this it is a must situation to the state & insurance company & they said it would have to be done in the year of 2024 for it to be pay for So . Yes it's awesome how my cousin wants to be there for my surgery . I am so glad that I i was able to get back in contact with my cousin cuz we was really really close to each other & hang out constantly with each other so when he heard about my surgery he was really really shock about it . I have had so many people asking me to keep them updated on my surgery man . Brother I am not going to lie to you but i am very very scared man .

@JupiterBassin Yes I did brother . My lil brother Tim , my 6 boys , my nephew , 2 of Tim good buddy kept me company all weekend long & wanted me to stay off my feet 🦶 & watch football , ate some wings , had some beer 🍺 I just had a few because of my medicine 💊 & had a good time man at home .

@JupiterBassin Yes it was man . We lots of cokes for the boys & beers 🍻 for the guys & lots of wings and pizza as well Saturday & Sunday while watching football . My lil brother & his buddy keep talking me into having this surgery done on my foot & they want to help out as much as possible . That's so awesome of them because it's going to be a lot on everyone & my wife being out of town down in Florida for work but she is coming home for my surgery . My wife told her job no if , & , or but , she is going to be home for my husband foot surgery & they all are ok with that she said . Everybody is asking me to keep them updated with my foot surgery . I am so scared brother . I am just curious to know how wide is my foot going to be after all set & done .

@@joes9908 Ive had a few veritas rods and a vendetta rod with my curado and some slx reels and there rods are great. If you meant comparing the two its on preference but Ive never had a problem with any of my shimano reels. Most of my shimano reels are a lot higher end reels so it wouldn’t be fair to compare but I would say my slx vs gen4 revo x perform about the same. Both still work great after 2 years.

@ I love the Shimanos in Spinning reels (have Stradic in 5000 and 2500) but are a but pricey in bait casters. Ended up with Lews as a compromise. Did Ok steelhead fishing in Pa. Returning home on Friday. Got to watch the Steeler games for two weeks in Pittsburgh

@ yeah Ive never tried a abu reel over 100 dollars so excited to try this combo with the zata reel. I will say I have a shimano nexave that was 50 bucks probably one of the best budget spinning reels Ive used. I really want to get a vanford one day

I wear crocs all the time now, but especially when kayaking and fishing. They have sales all the time via their website or Walmart and other spots. I never pay full price for them. They are nice!

I can if I walk very very slowly barefooted 👣 but I still have problems trying to drive barefooted 👣 . I can push the gas pedal but can't on the brake pedal . It still hurts to try to get into the Truck 🚛 so . They are talking about me having surgery done on my feet 🦶 now & I don't know what to say about that man . Especially with me being a big dude man . But one good new is I am went from being 385Ibs down to 367Ibs so . I still can't put on my flip flops 🩴 so it's a lil bit hard for me to walk around barefooted 👣 in the store but I do anyway even before my sunburn happened to me .

Man glad to hear. Keep working on your weight. Try to make eating better a lifestyle and it will help. Im rooting for ya brother!

Could be a lot worse. I'm all good, brother. My family is all good too they had a tornado scare, but they were fine as well. Really appreciate your concern.
