All things Floral ...and maybe more...
Tour of the wedding and event floral and rental shop in North Branford that is 4 sale or 4 rent
I’m retiring and selling my entire lot of inventory or will be selling it off individually in March and trying to find a renter for the space and all of my counter tops and fixtures.
Leave comment if interested.
Located in an affluent area and very central to a ton of wedding venues.
The town does not have a reputable flower shop. This is located in a shopping plaza. It is a store front. Can have retail here.
Lots of opportunity.

In 2020 our home got hit by 110 mph straight line winds, which started as an EF1 Tornado that dissipated a few blocks before our street. Two years later, our long journey has finally ended and here is the result.

You are so comprehensive with your teaching … a great teacher and you connect with your audience! Thanks for sharing you skills !!
Amazing video! Very educational! Thank you!
Thanks so much.
Beautiful
Awe. Thanks
You're a great floral teacher!
Thank you.
Thank you for the video!! It's great and will be a big help for me making my sister's corsages and boutonnieres for her wedding. One question though - should you wire eucalyptus? If so, how would you go about doing that? Thank you for any help :)
I don’t wire anything that has a thin and sturdy stem. If you needed to wire a green at that point I usually just put the wire next to the stem, straight up and down and tape it real tight. Almost like making an extended stem. This way you have the flexibility of you need to move it bend it.
@@candisfloral6045 Thank you so much for the info! I greatly appreciate your help ❤
😂 your c-word slip up was perfect😂 great tutorial thank you 🙏🏻
Lol
You are the best Instructor
Ok I know I’m so late to the party but I’m brushing up on my corsage work (after taking 20yrs off to raise kids and now I’m back to work) and this was EVERYTHING! I. Love. You!!!! Simple, demonstrative, and FREAKING HILARIOUS!!! Thank you!!!
You got this!
@@candisfloral6045 I was able to do 20 or so corsages and boutonnières. I only struggled with 1 monstrosity for a gal who wanted a wristlet, a lot of baby’s breath, 5 spray roses, and for it to swirl up her arm. I wrestled with that one for hours.
Love this video! Straight…to the point…raw and real!
It’s the only way to be.
Do you recommend making it the same day of the prom or the day before?
You can make them up to 3 days before. I always spray with crowning glory and bag in plastic. Put in fridge
Thank you!!
You're welcome!

You rock!
You have been so helpful! Im learning so much!
The instructions were great! Made my first one and it came out perfectly!
Yay🎉
Omg “old school!” I learned these old-school techniques back in the early 2000s when my mom had a floral shop. Fast forward I’m getting married in two weeks and I’ve decided to do wrist corsages for our moms. I called myself brushing up on the technique only to hear that it is old-school now and there’s something called floral glue. 😳🤯
Old school rulz. People that don’t wire and tape are square. Lol
Love you!! Very much to the point. Thanks
You're welcome!
You are awesome! I'm doing my granddaughter's wedding and I learned so much from you! I love your wire and tape!!! Thank you!
great instruction! you're adorable :)
Wow, thanks!
I'm convinced I can make one for my daughter now
Of course you can.
What size wire did u use
No idea. Sorry.
Thank you for your honest tips.
My pleasure!
Just a slip of the tongue 😛

Of course!
From a complete novice, its basic and to the point. Brilliant. Just what I needed x
So glad to hear it!
beautiful! Great tutorial, thank you!
You are so welcome!
Really good at showing you how to make bows ,thank you.
Love that I found your video! So helpful! TKU! Flower question- how long before the event do you tend to cut and make these? I always worry about the flowers wilting! Any tips on that? I hydrate them well for at least 24 hrs but I still worry! I do these for my kids friends for school dances (always looking for tips)! 😅
So glad you found me. It depends on the state the spray roses are in when they get to you. Typically I get these delivered on Tuesday and they are very green and tight - so I'll cut and put into very warm water and put a garbage bag over them so they open up quickly.(green house affect) I put them in the cooler on Wednesday to harden and make them on Thursday, spray with crowning glory, bag or box and put into a 36-38 degree cooler fridge with no oranges! I've made them as early as Wednesday! Hope this helps
great tutorial, thx
You're very welcome
I know this is an older video does anyone know if I can make these the night before and keep them in my fridge? Or only day of event
Hi! I've made these up to 3 days before. For best results, spray with crowning glory when done. wait for it to dry and then seal in a corsage box of bag and you're good to go. If you can, take oranges out of the fridge as that acid tends to kill flowers. Let me know if you have any further questions
Thank you so much for the information!
Best corsage video I’ve seen…from the title I thought the”c” word was corsage-hilarious! Great tutorial. Thank you!
