Troy also serves as Chair of the Institute of Operational Excellence (IOE), advancing manufacturing standards across Atlantic Canada.
Beyond his professional achievements, Troy has been a dedicated soccer coach with Valley United Soccer Club for over 14 years, where he fosters teamwork and leadership in young athletes. His commitment to excellence in all areas reflects his passion for growth and development.
