A fun door-prize at a local national-match 4 air-guns gets me out experimenting in the backyard & man-cave again to produce this footage. My first true slo-mo attempt. I hope the subject is entertaining for some parties in particular & everybody else too.

Canadian Flag Wave - experimental animation clip

A bit of photo-fun while testing a little Go Pro camera. Yesterday I took a 10 pic/sec rapid shot (hand held) of a HUGE flag while out working. This morning I loaded it onto my Mac & then into i-movie. After a couple hours & coffees I wave our flag.

A comparison of ride footage on my different bikes early this spring as I test a sport-cam. The cam stopped 3 times using both bikes. I might return it. I enjoyed warming the cycles up 'though.

    I would love to see how you finished it. When i was about 10 years old i started on that same kit, but i never had a good place to work on it. I always took up to much space and had to put everything away after every day. We moved a lot to so some pieces broke and got lost. Finally, when i was about 19, it fell and shattered. I never got past the masts. Im thinking of buying it again now that i have my own house and a dedicated place to work on things like this. I like your attention to detail. You did a wonderfull job on it.

    Nice work. I will buy the Bluenose 11 as I like the look of the props and both models have that beautiful schooner shape. Just finished the Scottish Maid. Is this an Arteasania Latina Kit? Great work. What country are you from?

    What's the difference between a boat tour in New York and Louisiana? In New York the tour guide starts by saying "Welcome aboard." In Louisiana, it's "Y'all ain't gonna believe this shit."

    Does anyone know how to open the bottom to look inside? One of the pieces lights up, but does not turn to strike the bell. I undid three screws on the bottom but can not see how to open it up to look inside. Thanks.

    Lmao!!! I did this years ago except I didn't throw any rocks whatsoever. I used a Crosman model 1077 co2 operated repeater rifle. There was this yellow jackets nest in the Second Story Barn in the eve and it was huge! 2 hours and 850 shots later the thing was in pieces unfortunately I did not get it on camera to share with everyone here my apologies :(

    whats your thoughts between the 2? i currently have a REALLY cheap Chinese motorized bike. when you pull the clutch it screams. don't know why. so having to constantly start when i have to stop is annoying. and starting on a steep hill from a dead stop is nearly impossible with a motorized bike. i'm currently looking into building an electric. how do those fair?

    • @darrenmillion1432
      @darrenmillion1432 8 років тому

      There is an idle screw on the side of the carb that is your problem its not cause the motor is cheap or from China. I have 2 bikes and love them, yes there China Dolls too.

      +Vinny Caruso Real hunters learn how to aim and throw things so they can make a very specific noise to draw their pray in a convenient direction. They also learn how to shoot, coincidentally, though they could technically do without guns because they'll also learn how to use knives, make spears, traps and so on... This group of tryhards can't aim. I'm no hunter, but I would have hit that nest first shot from a much further distance than that. I guess what I'm trying to say is, I hear what you're... writing... They suck at aiming.

    Please help me, I have one that is well over 10 years old and when I put a new cartridge in it will shoot great for 2 or 3 shots and the power will fade, almost like its empty. But if you unscrew the cartridge it will spray out like its full. If you let it sit for a few minutes it will have built up pressure and shoot 1 or 2 shots fine and it will lose pressure all over again. It hasn't had too much use and this problem is why I put it in storage 6 years ago. Thanks in advance.

    I get an entire bottle of (500) aspirin at the dollar store and line them up on a board at 15 yards and shot those. It makes for a smaller target and helps me to be a much better hunter. Try it for about 6 months and see if your precision isn't greatly improved.

    you need a pin vise and a set of pin drill bits...if you live in the States and have a Hobby Lobby nearby, they sell them for about 10 bucks.
