What a Beautiful Machine. The CAT D9H Dozer and the CAT 245B ME Excavator are my Favorites

I’ve driven a d7g from the era of that dozer it was pretty cool to be up there on that thing I am thirteen and those machines are pretty fun to operate

That is one of the most cherry cats I have ever seen I love bulldozers and the d9g is my favorite model

My hat off to you gentlemen for an excellent restoration. A tribute to a great dozer, the CAT D9H and to one of the best CAT engines, the CAT D353. For its displacement the D353 is a very heavy block. I like the sound of the D353's low idle at the very end, I can't get enough of that sound!

The D9 H they added after cooling to the turbo to bring up HP to 420 I think the the G model had 385 HP they shared the same engine model The D353 great engine

That is clean and beautiful

they are obviously getting ready to transport this machine and it is driven onto the flatboard on the ground. That's obviously attached to the trailer but I can't see how that it is lifted onto the trailer.

I push loaded quite a few 631 scraper with one of these. No cab but it did have ROPS. Very stout tractor.

I used to drive one every day for 2 years, about 25 years ago, in the English china clay works, Cornwall UK. All I can remember is the transmission whining, but she would rip and push alright.
