I go nearly every year. apart from the ferry which is a rip off I use homestay which is a out 50or 60 quid a night plus beer money and fuel i reckon about 1200 on a bike never regret spending a penny just go you'll never regret it

There’s usually a local guy, a councillor on the island, who makes TT videos, so I reckon a few smaller channels have bared the fruits of him being on holiday for it and everyone desperate for TT content! I love the island, been going there since I was a kid, it’s a neat little place, the boat is ridiculously expensive though nowadays.

Indicators dont work with that system,its for the track not the road so indicators hav 2 b disconnected for it to start

Enjoy it mate, I love mine, I’m on my 2nd now, and not had much problem with reliability, but what I will say is, and this is from the kTm service guys, keep it plugged in to a trickle charger when not using it, even in summer , as they do eat batteries with the huge pistons and the electronics, and look after the switch gear with either acf50 or gt spray and you’ll be fine 😁 The bike is an absolute brutal animal and sometimes scares the shit out of you 🤣🤣🤣 but they are addictive I’m 6,3” and the mrs and me tour on our bikes, I can honestly ride mine all day and be comfortable no worries 👍🏼

I`m the same age as you and sometimes you get jaded with bikes and wonder if its time to stop. It was great to hear you holla and shout, just like we probably both did when we got our first bike many moons ago. THIS is what bikes are supposed to do to us. I have never ridden one of these and I`m starting to think maybe I should.
