While it does deal more damage, empowered abilities have stronger effects towards push/pull and more For example, empowered m2 has twice the range and makes recast much stronger while they both are good its nice to have the utility to use both ways when the time comes to need them nice video though!

What i personally like to do is Q Empowered m1 x2 Q recast Empowered m1 x1 Empowered E Empowered m1 x2 E recast Empowered m1 x1 Empowered m2 Empowered m1 x2 M2 recast Empowered m1 (x2 if other abilities are on cooldown still) With the right timing this is possible Idk if its better but its what i enjoy doing

you can m1 twice in the air and aim downward when using q and still can recast it for 2 extra m1s its so useful you can safely kite a lot of phighters in the air

I don't really get what they meant by Empowering but I'm guessing its when you use a Skill during the mini game, Doing a Perfect, Radical, etc. will increase the stats of the move and its buffs. (This is just a guess I have no idea if this is the actually empowering system)
