Data East Pocket Player: 8 Great Games with 300 Filler Games
Переглядів 3,6 тис.Рік тому
I can't help myself, I love these Pocket Players and this one is packed with 8 Data East games and also 300 more filler games that were probably put there by some marketer that thought having a high number of included games would boost sales... but no one will probably ever really play.

The ROG Ally is Incredible!
Переглядів 3,5 тис.Рік тому
The ROG Ally blew away all of my expectations and it's everything I was hoping it would be! There's so much more that we didn't have time for and I'll probably make a follow up to talk about the accessories like the dock which can be used to consolize it, or turn it into a space saving desktop PC. Heaaaps O Games’ Final Fantasy 7 modding guide is made for the Steam Deck, but most of it still ap...

The Powkiddy X51

If this sounds rushed and like my heart wasn't in it, that would be because it was! I almost didn't upload this one because I got a new laptop to record with but it has Windows 11 which, for some reason, hates my microphone. It took forever to get it to recognize it, then once it did it also tried to "help" by adding a conference call filter to it to mute anything that isn't a voice. So I did a...
Check out this Modern Sega Nomad Clone!

Miyoo Mini Plus: A Great Compact Budget Handheld

The Miyoo Mini Plus is a slightly larger version of one of last year's hottest handhelds. Miyoo is still struggling to meet demand, but aside from that major hiccup, it's a great little system.
Getting Started with 3DS Homebrew
Переглядів 3,3 тис.Рік тому
Today we're looking at two great pieces of homebrew for a 3DS with custom firmware. Obviously, there is a lot more to cover, but it's as good a place to start as any, and hopefully you will find it helpful. As a friendly reminder, I am not 3DS tech support, and I can't help you with running homebrew, but there are many great communities online that should be able to help. I just want to keep yo...

The best handheld!
Do you know where to find emulator cores/bios files for especially PS1 and Saturn and where to place them so the device can find them?
Thanks for the link
I was playing this with my son the other night and we tested it with ChatGPT and the classic 20Q website. 20Q still did better! Take that, AI!
I like how they added mario among all of these luigi shadows. Mario is at the top right corner from the back cover if you did not notice him
I never did. That's kind of funny.
I have an R4 revolution and its stuck in the loading screen trying to load ys menu, I wanted to try using the og firmware but now im curious about the wood firmware mentioned in the description
The bigger problem is that there are a lot of flashcarts labeled as R4s, often with the same label, but different internals. It can be really difficult to get the right firmware with cards like that if you need to re-download it.
@TooManyHandhelds so it might me a clone:(( I think the only solution is to buy a new card
It sells for $10 on clearance nowadays.
Stores barely carried them what are you talking about?
@@TooManyHandhelds They were for sale on a table at 7-Eleven amongst other random items for the past few weeks (and they just finally sold out the other day).
So many memories w this man
It looks good but I've got a non XL 3ds so the screen is very ˢᵐᵃˡˡ
actually its the same size because it changes to the native DS resolution
@pedroantoniogarciatejada I mean physically on the screen. The old 3ds screens are small compared to the XL. "Ackchyually"
@@Left4Bill ye but acsuali on 3Ds XL it should look even smaller if they got bigger screen isn't it? I don't have one
@@pedroantoniogarciatejadaThe XL has the same resolution as the o3ds. Are you dumb?
Why would a larger screen make it look smaller . It's got the same resolution.@@pedroantoniogarciatejada
I remember trying to think of the most obscure answers and being amazed it could still guess them
Thanks a lot, this is super useful!
I was screaming at the screen for you to pick up the lightsaber.
These are far better than a tiger LCD game. This little pocket player has more playability and substance than a tiger LCD game.
Where did you find the Sonic Shell?
I bought it with the shell so I'm not entirely sure where they were sold. It might have been the same Benn Venn shop the screen mod came from.
I have one cept its a mini arcade
And i payed like $25
You might want to check out dollar general they have a vibe retro handheld for $10 it has all donkey kongs pretty much all nes sports games Galaga ,galaxian digdug there's plenty more but no pacman or mario

Me and my cousin got one each for Christmas about 15, 16 years ago. We spent the entire rest of the night just trying to come up with things to stump it. I don't think we ever managed. This video takes me back, lol.
Ship that to me if your not interested 😂
I got 8bitboy 🧘🏽♂️
❤❤❤
The OG back then
Does BT work with tomato? Thanks for the video
In india the price is 40000rs means 500 dollars lolllll😂😂
is this better then the gamer v?
I will give my Mimi. I will give my Mimi my arcade because she loves me. My Mimi loves me. I will give her everything. I love you.
If only the McNugget gave you a nugget every time you get 2000 points like the Pezmania!
I have the one with 300+ games. Most are shovelware, but it has some hidden gems like snake, lawnmower and a R-Tyoe clone.
Imo the best handheld. I wish I knew what the world record high scores are. I'm sitting on 33.4 to go for level 1.
I have a playgo game handheld as well, But I lost the battery, Can you tell me the battery model#? Thank you
Great handheld I had one when I was younger. However, I don't appreciate the click the thumbnail
Do you know if the stock buttons of the DS fit into the printed shell?
Because the shell goes over the front and is a bit thicker I don't think the stock buttons will work, but I've never taken it apart to check.
You feel bad for kids that got this for Christmas.. I got the R Zone! 😂
Is that music the indian tetris remix? Sounds cool
I'm not sure what version this is, but yeah, it's nice!
Hello, battery support?
I've never drained it all the way but it always seems to last a few (2-3) hours with a full charge.
The mark of a quality handheld is when the maker prints "FULLY PLAYABLE" on the box. Thats playing with power! Great to see youre making new vids
does the circle pad pro have a click option like a R3 button on a playstation controllers analog for example?
The pad is very similar to the one on a 3DS, so there is no button if you push it in. There are extra shoulder buttons though.
I rather buy Powkiddy x55.
The display was much better on the original. I have my original and this new version.
An absolute classic handheld. The original that sparked a number of copy cats to follow. Love this game and shines bright in my handheld collection. Thank you for the review.
Yo wtf Atgames, why couldn't this handheld play *Atari 7800* game roms 🫤
Omg, I had the purple one as a kid! My siblings and I always wondered if it could hear us say what word/name we were gonna do because it was always right.😂
one touch screen away from being a proper DS clone
uum does it have tomb raider games
I don't remember what games it came with, and usually I wipe them and add my own anyway. But it runs PlayStation games well, so those Tomb Raider games should run just fine on it.
Can you do this with an android emulator?
I'm not 100% sure, but I think there are some android GBA cores on RetroArch that support gyro and rumble. I don't know off the top of my head though. You would also need a handheld or device that supports both too.
what's really strange about 3DS.-DS emulation is even when you compare the quality of DS games on the 3DS to DS games on the DSi it still looks worse even though they are the same screen sizes. because it should be higher quality on a more pixel dense screen but it just isn't. The DSi is by far the way to go when playing DS titles. (Also need to clarify I have the regular New 3DS not the XL which has the same bottom screen dimensions as the DSi and same top screen height dimension).
The 3DS is not emulating the DS games, it is running them natively (it effectively has a DS built inside it). The games *do* look better on DSi but that's because the screen is "pixel perfect" and is perfectly preserving the image, the fact that the 3DS has higher pixel density is the sole reason it looks so bad, because it's unevenly stretching the game (3DS resolution is 1.25x that of the DS). Also doesn't help that the DSi, and especially DSi XL, have better looking screens than the 3DS.
Fun fact: The Logical Song by Supertramp has this game's sound effect in it. Here's a link to it, right about where it is. I may be off a second or 2, but when you hear it, you'll know. music.ua-cam.com/video/low6Coqrw9Y/v-deo.html. They actually used the real sound effect, not a "reproduction" of it.
This little handheld is really cool, i just got mine and its pretty amazing
Amazing vintage bowling handheld; thanks for sharing!
Lol.....this looks so pointless
