I don't have the option in the dialogue windows to offer the prisoner to join me. Actually, I don't have that with anyone I'm at war with. Am I bugged or did it change after the updates? Thank you for the reply

You can save one click in this process: 1 - Right click on the captured character; 2 - In the description of the character (let's take Ingalther that you selected), you'll notice it says "...is a baron of the Vladians...". That should be enough to tell you it is a lord and in theory, it can be recrutable. Thanks for the video!

If you ever make an updated video on this topic, let people know that when you change the party leader, the party limit will be reduced to 20 units, so if you have a party with 100 top tier units, by the time the leader is changed, you will lose units in that party.

Just be careful that starved out militia will have low morale and retreat pretty fast, they are also like paper against tier 4-6 troops if your allies are dumb and fed an enemy ai lord enough kills. The number one advantage of this tactic is not being a target at all as the ai will avoid high defender fiefs until the very end, just don't rely on it as the be all end all.

i dont know if it would be a good topic for a video, but one of the doubts that i have for now is that if it is worth to equip a companion with multiple weapons, like a sword and mace/two handed, if their AI adapts the weapon choice based on something( light/heavy armored oponents). Or if the best option is to go just for melee/ranged combination.

Good to know but never had issues with money and you can give money directly to the lord (personally prefer doing smithing orders that gives great money and relation with lords + companion can smith for notables gives also relation to a clan) and I never find roggery useful in my game just 7atributs and 0 roggery is enought to get 50skill perk. Riding enemy Village and looting caravans gives roggery skill. I would like to see how companion can benefit from charm skill and how to level up this. Donation lord prisoners is not working.

If i'm far away from a town i also micromanages all the prisoners! So my clan party has the higher tiers! I don't know if you get more rougery that way?!? 🤔 But it feels like you get more money when you drop into towns?!? 🤔

Just to let you all know they do keep some weapons but the reason they get rid of the armor so they can get better armor so the thing I like to do before I make my companion a lord I make them a sword in the Smithy

can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong, I'll explain. so I'm going into battle with max amount of troops in my army, yet before I press the start button I notice that the numbers of my army is not what the amount of forces on the field. is there something I'm doing wrong??

My Character lived until he was 98 in my first play through. Lol. By that point i wanted him to die, felt weird going into battle after he turned 80 lol.
