There is one thing that I don't understand about chinese cities; si much effort is put into building the most impressive office,city, government buildings but residential buildings are the most boring ugly concrete towers all identical. It's weird.

Obviously you have not been to residential apartment. You will be shocked by sheer amount of birds dropping on floor of most (if not all) hdb block. Hawker centres are literally filled with droppings everywhere. Never have i seen anything like this in residential area in other major cities in asia.

Singapore's cleanliness and greenery was a great thing 10 years ago.not a big thing today.nowadays cities like Shenzhen, shanghai Chengdu,doha , Dubai are more cleaner than Singapore

Yes I'm local, I used WeChat to scan to QR code on the bike, you can also use an app call MeiTuan to do this!
