great day there Steve.... nothing quite as satisfying as grabbing a feed and some fresh bait at the beach. You can boil the pippis a bit too firms them up, but nothing like the fresh ones even tho its 1 bait 1 bite .

G'day Steve - that looked like the conditions when I hit the 90-mile, but with pounding surf as well! Good result and thanks again for reminding us about fresh pippis. I've been paying around $20 a bag lately. Like one of your other subs suggested, I reckon there must be beach worms along there too. I think I've seen their holes, but higher up the beach rather than at dead low tide. I'm going to wave a stink bait around next time, and I'd love to see your results if you do the same. And as a logical continuation to beach worm bait - do you or any other subs, know if there are whiting to be caught off the beach in this area?

Nice vid Steve. Lots of rays recently, quite interesting. Tight lines.

I have yet to try Pipi's and have never gone done to look for them, but you got a nice haul and great tip on how to keep them on the hook. Awesome battle with that Ray and that is the smallest Shark I've ever seen, but it was cool. Looks and sounds like dinner was a hit. Well done!

Are there beach worms on 90 mile beach between lakes entrance and Marlo. Supposedly awesome bait especially if fresh. Have you you ever tried to catch any. Cheers mate love your videos.

Kind of reminds me of the old story of the USA trying to develope a pen to travel into space with spending a fortune ...the Russians simply took a pencil ! Good on you Steve keep it simple !

Add some cajun spice from woolies into the flour mix, no need for egg, and use 50/50 oil/marg in pan fry. Top off with a hint of lemon to serve.

A little perseverance and effort and u usually get rewarded, great conditions except for the crabs 🦀 , and the Cook-up well that was another mouth watering 1 Steve 😋, Keep up the amazing work and Tight Lines 👍 🎣. Where abouts did u get the long legs for ur Drone please, I bought myself a cheap Drone but the rear blades nearly sit on the ground with an inch of clearance which is no good when i make a hook rig like u have done, Monkey see Monkey do for me 🤣🐒

Top stuff. Nothing wrong with the good old salmon for a meal. Loving the simple recipes too. Everyone could give them a go for a quick good feed.
