Brilliant series for the connoisseur of fine timepieces with the perfect musical score. Watchmaking is indeed a fine art!
I've never owned a watch but after learning horology I'm in love. Wow
The understanding of the art of mechanical movements and caliber is one stress reliever like none....it's the only piece of art that is always with you and tick tocks till you are called to the Grand lodge above ...IGYW
Lady polish a tourbillion👍👏
Beautiful woman and very sexy big kiss 💖🌹🌹😘😘
Your wife knows how to make a nice BBQ!
Thanks for putting this on UA-cam!
the dude's rationalization for larger watches is comical lmao

If I was to try that with my hips, I’d probably put my back out.
It's amazing the machine can do this but what is out of this world the microscopic parts was once done by hand of watchmakers over a hundred years ago those guys had the know how really I can't even imagine
Some watchmakers still do them by hand, like Roger Smith, Vianney Halter and Philippe Dufour
Okay now it's time to go get them out and smash the Isis infidels
casio is still more better.
time:2:40 This isn't correct. Eric Coudray is not credited with this invention. This device is known as the flying triple axis tourbillon designed by a watchmaker called Thomas Prescher. :P
A gyrotourbillon is different than a triple axis tourbillon
I found myself saying wow over and over again. What a marvelous career to have.I envy their skills, I truly missed my calling as I can easily see the passion to do this.Incredable skills and craftsmanship.
War jammer dat het in het Engels is 😟
A fascinating video, wonderful to watch
In my opinion the best time of day is 6:30, hands down!
So hands up anyone who prefers 12 o'clock?
LOL!!! Good comeback. So good I put my hands over my face😄 So much for the hands jokes. 😎
It's obscene to spend that kind of money of something as trivial as a watch when there are people in the world with no food to eat, or fresh water to drink. Shame on the skanky Swiss.
These companies sell the watch at 100x the cost of production including salaries paid to these hard labourers in the name of "hand made" which of course could be achieved by computerised machines with present technology.
Technophiliac I know for a fact they use computers to build these watches. Yes they still need watch makes to do all the finishing up jobs. I have a wonderful old Glashutte pano reserve watch love the look and my watch runs perfectly. I would love to have a FP Journe watch they are one of my pet favorites. But the price is stupid.
So, don't purchase them!
Incredible art of measuring time with a Masterpiece !!!

Very informative. Thank You!
Quite a contrast between the craftsmanship on display & the second-rate translation here. And there's nothing quite like the stench of pretentious elitism surrounding fine horology.
Congratulations on managing to misinterpret what I said entirely, and with such aplomb, whilst proving my point at the same time... kudos. Bonus points for stating the bloody obvious too.
Mind bluing ☺️👍📏⌚️⏰⏱️⏲️🕝🕠🕞🕑🕜🕝🕛🕰️🕝⌚️
That countach at 2:52 got me. 🤑🤑
I can never figure out what I think is the most interesting aspects of watches. If I think it's about accuracy, I can applaud a watch that syncs to GPS or the atomic clock in Fort Collins; because it's hard to beat a watch that can sync itself daily to very accurate reference clocks. But the high tech approach is a bit boring, because the accuracy is external. I am more impressed by the Spring drive - a movement that is an interest hybrid between an automatic ( self winding mechanical) and a quartz watch. Or maybe a high beat quartz watch with thermal compensation that's accurate to a few seconds a year. Going another direction, we have insanely complicated mechanical watch complications, which are a wonder to behold; the amount of moving parts in a perpetual repeater is mind boggling. But outside of the spring drive, mechanical watches are not very good timekeepers.
Simply beautiful work. I have been a machinist for several years and can really appreciate what it takes to make the parts. Love it.
Brilliant and fascinating
I love IWC hahah
What a truly beautiful art. I wish it would continue to grow, I swear, less and less people are interested.
Fantástico!
The music in this video made me feel oddly isolated.
hay luke thats another thing there condoms are rippoff price too
awesome video.
Compress Oil ???
Ist das Frostschutz Wasser ???
Would spend anything on a watch!
I pranked my paw paw and put gum in his mechanical watch.
Up close ps!
Is the Gyrotourbilon 2 Or the minute repeater the most complicated?
Physique that is highly developed lol. Fat. You mean people are fatter today. Let's not mince words.
The reason why many of these precision watches cost several hundred thousand Euro is not only because they require time to create in a precision manner... They are expensive in fiat currency like Euro & dollars because those fiat currencies are worthless by comparison to the quality of the labor & parts that go into them - but in comparison to the value of real currency such as silver or gold, they are not super expensive but only relatively so - despite the fact that these real currencies (precious metals) are manipulated downward by central banks & fiat currency investors in their market value.

"we're still fascinated by shafts"
damn man , working there can make you go blind , looking at all these small parts
I wanted to be a watch maker so bad. 😭

You still can
I would like an automatic wind up Xbox controller for every time I throw it across the room.
