looks like the tank accidentally ninja pulled the pack on left because he went in too early. But you also didn't press half your buttons (no AM, no bubble, no prism). You could definitely do more to salvage this pull instead of just blaming your tank and making this short to shame him. Why didnt you blinding light? or kick? Also at 10 seconds into the clip your party frames even show shield block + shield wall active on tank. So you just cropped the details view. imagine taking some responsibility for a group effort eh...

Feral is fine. It does as much dmg as half the specs in the game, is quite tanky, and has really good tools like poisons and curse dispells.

The raytracing is not doing the cutscenes any favors. The original lighting and contrast looks a whole lot better. The shadows really add a lot that is missing from these scenes. The characters look a little uncanny without it. I imagine that the gameplay with the raytracing probably looks better.
