First I want to say thank you for making this video. I came across your channel from your video for butterfly locs over real locs. I ended up going to your other videos and seen that one of them mentioned PCOS and trying to conceive. On April 3rd 2023 I ended up going to the emergency room. I found out on that day that I was pregnant but having a miscarriage. I say that because I also have PCOS and have struggled for a very long time to conceive a baby. That was the happiest and most tragic day of my life. I was in complete and total disbelief when they told me that I was pregnant. And even though I was pregnant but having a miscarriage I was so hurt but there was a joy inside of me just knowing that I could conceive. It was a very hard time for me to get through. And it was even worse when mother's Day came and I just had all these emotions of being happy to go and shop for gift for my mom and my mother-in-law but when I got there just seeing all the stuff and those emotions of anger hurt frustration all came back at one time I felt just sick to my stomach. Thank you for your encouragement and for your boldness to tell your story. About 10 years is how long it took for us to conceive but it took me to the point of realizing that it's out of our control I had to stop worrying I had to stop beating myself up about it I had to literally let go and let God and to be honest with you I had gotten to the point of not caring anymore whether it happened or not and that's when it seemed to happen. I guess because I wasn't constantly thinking about it. Your words of encouragement to keep going was really what I needed. The video that you made before this one I was smiling from ear-to-ear from the beginning to the end because I was so happy for you because I know how it feels to want something so bad in to long for a baby and even though it's just for a while just to experience that was absolutely amazing. Something that I always go back to is "be still and know that I am God" in my times of trouble. I hope that y'all are doing a lot better and that you continue to push forward no matter what.

Hello! I'm interested in doing these over my locs as well and I had a couple of questions: 1. Do you find that the butterfly locs become increasingly stiff because of the locs underneath? 2. Does this method also work for longer and smaller locs? (mine are a few inches past my shoulders and I have 100+ locs)

They’re beautiful! About how long did the process take?

I don’t recommend wrapping two locs into one butterfly loc because depending on the clients stage of locking process this will combine the clients locs together. I had a braider do this to my locs with box braids and it combined my locs to the point of no separation. This is very damaging. Individually wrap each loc

Suggestion: check out fast hair growth fortified shampoo.
