Glad that you have some beautiful scenery in Red Rock State Park to make the struggles to get there worth while. The weather is sure changing around the country and it makes for some freak storms that are so out of the ordinary. Hope you both enjoy the rest of your vacation together.

You don’t need to remove baseboard to lay vinyl floors. Quarter round yes baseboards no. The quarter round will hide your floating gap. Why are you putting mud on your cabinets? You are making work for yourself. You took away your smooth surface. Clean and degrease, Sanding, primer, and at least 2 top coat is all that was needed. I was married to a professional painter for 25 years and helped him paint many cabinets he would cringe if he saw that mud step. He would use wood putty in holes and work hard to get that smooth again but NEVER mud all over. He also would have protected the sides of the drawers from getting paint on them. If you ever start refinishing furniture paint on the sides of the drawers is a huge no no. Does your slide tracks no favors and sure sign they were not professionally done. It will also ruin the value of a piece of nice furniture. Great job your house looks great.

Been to Vail a lot. That first run was a black diamond. Next time you are there go far left to the poppy runs. They are easy blues. Beautiful views over there to.

You are so silly, keep a 5 gallon in the truck. Especially on trips like that. You never know when a blizzard will hit and you might be stuck in that truck for hours on the side of the road. Truck can idle for a decent time on 5 gallons. ALWAYS KEEP ONE JAKE

St Lucia is a beautiful country. My parents were born there but I was born in the UK. I have spent a total of 5 months, 2 weeks in St Lucia, spent time at The Royal St Lucian Hotel rex resorts, Anse Chastnet Hotel, which is my favourite and also a private guest house which was my least favourite. Just love the all inclusive luxury resorts like Jade mountain, Anse chastnet, Ladera resort etc. You were right about the sea urchins, they really sting but the Jelly fishes are by far worse. You should try a scuba dive if you ever visit again. Climbing the pitons and Mount Gimie was exiting. I did the Diamond falls several times, the mud baths, sulphur springs and a lot more. Thanks for sharing your honeymoon experience and wishing you both a successful happy marriage. Tony & Laura x
