To be fair to Nemesis, his level 3 genuinely turns him into the weakest* version of him. He mutates out of desperation during his final battle, after getting beat up throughout the course of the game. *Weakest, not counting every version of him in the RE3 remake.

Yo, why the fuck does Sougenmu do that? In X5, it's essentially just an extender for your attacks' hitboxes. Granted, that'd probably also be insane. Imagine if Zero had an intangible clone standing a full character space away doing all his moves at the same time as him.
