Hi there, the cables do end up running through the frame. There are several connections directly below the handlebars / above the forks then they run right into the frame. It does look like a Julet cable, I was unable to separate the plugged connection to look and see how many pins there were for you, It’s a very tight connection, I would hate to break it. You may want to check with heybike for that information. I think a camera system would be very cool, like a car back up cam. Hopefully it wouldn’t drain the battery on you. I’m not sure where the camera was rotating or spinning on here, can you elaborate were you noticed it rotating? This was simply a walking video where I held the camera in one position while I walked. I’m not sure why it was rotating for you. It should not be. The insta 360 x4 has a horizon stabilizer and that helps with that and it should just move in the direction that I’m walking, I did however extend the camera over the canal to get a Birds Eye view and also moved the camera inside the canal boat but it shouldn’t be rotating.

Thank you, that’s very Interesting, I have a stationary bike and I rode along to vr bike rides especially in the winter, that’s actually what got me to start filming my bike rides in the first place. In this video I’m riding an e-bike so the avg bike speed was between 11 and 15 mph. Hi there, I haven’t had any power issues yet, in fact once I got past the initial problems I mentioned in the video with the forks and brake alignment the bike has been pretty solid and reliable. The bike takes a little getting used to once the throttle engages because you pedal three times and then it just kicks in and zooms you up to about 11 mph. I believe it needs to be set at 1, 2 or 3 for the throttle to engage. I agree with your experience with the battery button, I have questioned the battery power button as well because the bike functions without having to press it. The bike gets up to speed pretty quickly as long as I’m pedaling along with it, maybe 5 seconds. In pas 1 it tops out at 11 mph and in 2 it gets to 16 mph and 3 puts me at 23 mph but that’s a little fast for me, does that match your speeds? How long does yours take to get up to speed? Hope that helps

Wow that is something, fortunately he didn’t fall in, Im sure that happens as people try to get a closer look at the canal wall. I was so happy to have found this place, the entire area is so well maintained and that cruise along 424 goes through some really beautiful towns. Sorry to hear that, maybe it’s a manufacturing error because it doesn’t seem like something that happened in shipping, my box had no damage. Fortunately I was able to bend it enough with arm force, I pushed with one arm and pulled with the other, but you may be able to put one side in a vice if needed and put a large metal tube over the other side and bend it. Hope that helps

Sorry you may need to adjust your resolution, to a higher quality that is done in the settings tab for the video and You’ll want to set it for a higher quality like 1080 or 4k

Hi, I Do Not have The protective lens on in this Video, I know thats risky but I am very protective of my camera, I had a lot of practice using my previous camera: the instaX3. I filmed quite a bit and never came close to scratching my lens, I do keep the camera lens cover on when not in use and store it in a protected case. I heard the quality is lacking a little so I choose not to use that at this time. AS for Settings I exported @ 7680 x 3840 bitrate 120, H.264. However I did edit in Final Cut Pro and my export is 4096 x 2048, so I may rethink my export settings in final cut, thanks for making me check into that, because I may change the export settings in final cut on my next video. It really is! It’s one of my favorite places to ride because of the unobstructed view of the sky from all angles. There are plans to connect it to the much larger prairie path bike trail system, so it will become more accessible in the near future. I can’t wait! Thank you
