Welcome to my channel. I make simple and easy recipes to bring out the inner chef in you. I perfect my recipes before I upload them so you can achieve the same results every time as I do. Give my recipes a try, you will not be disappointed.
Crepes | Step by step recipe on how to make crepes
Crepes
Ingredients:
• 2 Cups Plain flour (Or All Purpose Flour)
• 1 1/2 Cups Full Cream Milk
• 2 Eggs
• 1 Cup Water
• 1/4 Tsp Salt
• 4 Tbsp Melted Butter
Utensils:
• A Large Dish
• A Whisk
• A Strainer
• Cooking Spray
Method:
1. Take a jug or a dish, add eggs and beat it well using a whisk. Add milk and water and give it a mix and put it aside.
2. Take a big dish, add flour and salt and mix it with a whisk.
3. Make a well in the centre, add small amounts of the egg mixture and mix it well to combine after each addition until the batter is smooth and lump free.
4. Add melted butter and mix it well.
5. Strain the batter using a strainer to remove any lumps and press any lumps through using a spatula.
6. Cover it with a plastic wrap and let it rest for 1 hour in the fridge.
7. After 1 hour, take it out of the fridge, give it a mix, put the plastic wrap back on and let it come to room temperature for 10 minutes.
8. After 10 minutes , its time to make the crepes. You will also need some cooking spray or you can use some oil with a pastry brush.
9. Place a pan cake pan or a non-stick pan on medium heat and heat it.
10. Lightly spray the pan with some cooking spray or brush some oil using a pastry brush.
11. Move the pan away from the heat, pour about 1/4 cup of the crepe batter , turn the pan around to spread the batter evenly and cook it until the top is dry.
12. When you move the pan back and forth, if the crepe moves, it means that its time to turn it over.
13. Cook it for 1 minute, take it out on a plate and repeat this process.
14. Crepes are ready and you can put any of your favourite filling in the middle and serve it to family and friends.
15. Enjoy.

How much ingredients to use if making for 150 people
Dear Ash, I have never made such a large amount. I don't want to mislead you by giving you the wrong measurements. The amount that I make is enough for 15 - 20 people depending on the amount you are serving. Sorry that I was not able to help. Regards Anita.

Dear Jessica, Yes, in some countries plain flour is also know as all purpose flour. I have used rice bran oil but you can use any cooking oil. Regards Anita.

Tried the recipe with exact instructions didn't get the same texture of the mixture when added to the syrup
Dear Tinuvan, Sorry to hear that your adhirasams did not turn out. Did your syrup get to the soft ball stage? Did you make your own rice flour or did you use store bought? Was your mixture too hard or too soft? If the dough is too soft you can add extra 1 - 2 tbsp rice flour and if it is hard then add extra 1 - 2 tbsp water to the dough. Hope this is helpful.
