I totally understand, processing the fact that you have glaucoma is hard. I had glaucoma surgery in June and i am about to do a second round of surgery because the first one did not quite work. I wake up every day wondering is this the day I lose my vision permanently. My eyes are constantly red from the eye drops I use so I couldn't hide the condition anymore.
I have glaucoma. I wouldn't take an Uber. Use your cane because people will be more willing to help you when you ask. There are kind people. They will help you if you ask. Have the courage to ask.
Yummo!
I have glaucoma, too. I found out about 15 years ago. I listen to the doctor, never forgot one single eye drop. I have had laser surgery in both eyes, and this past January got cataract and xen stent. Pressure had been up and down. For years it was at around 13 in both eyes with little fluctuations. Then i get it checked and some times it’s up to18. I have normal tension glaucoma as well as psudoexfoliation. The latter makes it harder to control pressure. All we can do is do what the doctors say. And we all have to know none of this is our fault or caused by anything we did. It’s a disease that happens. It may be progressive but it’s slow. Also, most people with glaucoma never go fully blind. So take hope that if you listen to the doctors you will always have some vision. You can always get second opinions. There’s research happening and new drops and treatments all the time. I wish you luck.
😂😂😂😂😂😂 COVID 19
Like the video right to the point. Its nice if you guys give the price to help people a little more
You sure are cute.
Don't be hard on yourself. Slow down and breathe, meditate. Take Christ into your heart...and then: "For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us." Romans 8:18
If I were younger I would be honored to be your husband. Far from being a burden, you would be a gift from God.
They really need to start paying grad students for the counseling internships.
Help me !!! I am unable to sleep... i have been awaking for 48 hours ... what should i do
Thanks for sharing. Don’t be scared of the cane/dog or internships, it’s all a journey but you’ll get through it. I’m much older than you and a mom, would be happy to share experiences but I’m not on Insta. Are you on Facebook?
Love a fair in the summer!
Looks like a great time! Thanks for taking us there!
Yes I have glaucoma too but im 68 years old so I feel for you I think you are too young to be having that problem I hope you get proper treatment and get better i will pray for you
What type of glaucoma do you have? If you don't mind me asking. And also did you catch it early?
Keep strong, Emily. I admire all that you do!
Just out of curiousty. Since Kids Choice Awards just passed, would you get slimed? lol
Hope all is well with you.

Not anymore. I'm working on becoming mental health counselor now
Sorry you're going through this. I'm in a similar position but I'm a lot older, 62. I've had glaucoma for 20 years and are now registered severe sight impaired. It started with myopia and a detached retina at 27. I live near east London in the UK if any of you want to meet up to support eachother.
Hii
Hi❤❤
Ahh, I relate to this so much.
Not trying get anyone pants not sure what log off everything didn’t wanted be deleted off an just one guy
2018 had It’s hard over weight an gallbladder out felt like asking for help by what just made fun of me an felt ferry of pain gain nothing by posting anything an DJ spin made fun of both of us that Melba makes remarks by a guy who made death threats towards blind people
Made noises by people gaining attention by remarks made about what appears to happen not sure if they were actually being sarcastic or just trying to be evil by what seemed obvious be asking that my sight off one eye more than anything else cause one eye is weird to see in a certain position by which drops to put in one of them doesn’t seeing is worse then anything
Hi Emily. Lovely to find youre channel.ive had glaucoma since i was 16. Now 45 lol and with eye pressure at about 45 too the last few weeks which has been a bit scary. Its definately a bit of a roller coaster isnt it but lovely when you know there are other people out there going through the same emotions and moving forward with this condition too 🤗 really hope your vision stabilises and that worry can be lessened. Take care
I pray in Jesus name eyes be healed
Have believe in yourself and do some meditation and slow breathing exercise.

Hi! My name is Christine 😊 I have glocomma as well 😢 I was diagnosed the year 2022. Also I have lots some vision unfortunately. The Pressure in both eyes are 18. It's going down but slow. The drops I take is latanprost. I was scared to start taking the drops only because I heard I would be on it for the rest of my life 😢🙏 The only reason I start taking it the drops because my pressure was 25 and when I started taking it. It worked Thank God 🎉🎉🎉 My next appointment is in July prayerfully it goes down more 🙏 thank you for sharing and I will keep you in my prayers ❤️🙏
Mine was 28.1 and 28
@@fukjapkorindphiameoz What is your pressure now ?
@@christineparker3805 ve not checked ... will check 3 month later.. i feel pressure on my eyes.. headche too
@@fukjapkorindphiameoz Okay, I use to have eye pain and thought it was because my pressure was going up. Thank God that wasn't the case it went down 😊 now it feels like sinus sometimes 😔 I don't know what that's about. I will say don't worry or stress about anything. Do what your doctor tells you about your eyes and you should be good. I heard so many things can cause high pressure. I will be praying for your pressure to go down in the name of Jesus Christ 🙏💪
@@christineparker3805 he prescribed me eye drops , steam therapy and vitamin tablets
Best to you, dear!
Loved your video what a cute pup!
I’ve been visually impaired from birth and I’m glad you’re accepting your disability. There are a lot of blind UA-camrs including myself as well as other channels like Cayla With A C, The Blind Life, Life After Sight Loss, the See Through Podcast, James Rath. Seek out your local blindness organization and get as much training as possible so you can learn how to do things using your other senses.
Lovely trail and walk. You seem to be in higher spirits which is nice to see. 😊
You go girl! I didn't think girls did push-ups the same way guys do them. I'm kinda old so sorry if I'm not with today's ways. Nice nature trail too! Thanks for the video.
Hello Emily You Can't see anything? or have remaining vision?
i have remaining vision. I am low vision so I have low vision in both eyes!
and it keeps getting worse?
@@krisztianjuhaszi5626 It did decline a few years ago and has been stable as of recent
This is good news
This is interesting, but I was hoping (from the title) that it would describe daily fluctuations in the glaucoma symptoms themselves. Still interesting.
Cool
