    Love hearing them at night. My wife and I will sit and listen close to the window when they call .

    You should try to go over them with clear epoxy.

    Did you have to plane these all down first? I'm planning on doing this in my house and have access to all the pallet wood I could ever want. But the thickness isn't always the same.

    It be hard to try and spot owls like those big time, considering the colors of their incredibly-thick coated feathers blends in with the trunks of tress very splendidly. Camouflage is quite the transparency of outdoor reality.

    All 3/4 pvc has exact same exterior size of about 1.050 inches. Interior varies based upon schedule of pipe. Even schedule 80 has some wall thickness variation. Average schedule 80 is .722 inches or 18.34mm. Some will fit 18650 perfect. Some will be bear wrestling. Spray painting the plastic only makes it worse.

    Gr8 job. I took a shortcut on my motorcycle through a business ally and saw stacks of pallets just sitting there near the trash. I went there the following day but they were gone. So every night just after work I would race home and find out when that store would close and I helped myself to those pallets. This was going on for about several weeks until a guy complained that those were his pallets and then he got nasty with me. So I asked him his name but he wouldn't give it to me. So the following day I took those pallets again, and again, and again before he caught up with me again carrying a bat. So I pulled my taser gun that looks more like a pistol and held it with in my light jacket. He got the message and took off. Several weeks later I had more than I needed and made my own two toosl to break them down without splitting the wood. Then I hired to laborers to break them down. They were done in 6 hours and I paid them for what they get in a day and treated them to dinner. So I took that wood to a friend who owned a jointer and a planer and asked him the cost for new blades. Whoa! Not cheap. But I purchase new ones for each of his machines as a way of thanking him for the use of his machines. And after I donned a painter's mask I began to mill all the wood and would assemble them together using glue and dowels. Once I was done with all the wood, I leveled my garage floor with leveling compound and once done with that I started putting sections of wood together on the floor that was covered with a water proof membrane. When all the wood was down I sealed it first a few times before sanding it and finishing it off with floor resin.

    I understand the concept of the limiters, however, out of curiosity, how did his work with your system? Can I tell when you’re about to produce too much in the back off?

    Hi I'm curious how long these types of inverters last. Also what kind of savings are you seeing on your bill?

    • @thebrokenpallet2557
      @thebrokenpallet2557 2 роки тому

      Depends on their usage, seems to be the consensus. I dont run mine more than 70% of their rated capacity. I have a total of 3060w in panels. Given that they only produce about 65% of their rated value during peak conditions, i have just shy of 2kw usable solar. This is peak conditions. Just calculated last months bill and I saved just shy of $21. As the days get longer and more sun is available, I will continue to save more. My issue is my battery bank. I cant hold enough power throughout the day to carry on at night when most of our energy is used during the spring time.

    What about a filter.... Great video... I checked it out.. $159 for a waste oil heater.... Wow... You should do a video on how affordable this is and how easy it is to source used oil from quick lube joints... Very well done
