    Possible intake leak (today diagnosed my friends car with same symptoms), measure actual and specified turbo boost pressure. Turbo gaskets heavy leak was the culprit (hearable and squirting oil). Of course it can be geometry regulating system problem or smth.

      Nema motor fabricku gresku vec je greska u materijalima klackalica i bregasti osovina, a tesko se mjenja ima posla, i tako je i nastala ta izreka da taj 2.5 nevalja, majstori bjeze od njega puno im vremena uzme za promjenu zupcastog i vodene pumpe a da ne govorim o promjeni dihtunga glave

    I will guess that it is your fuel temperature sensor under the diesel pump cover. The fuel temperatures are way too low in the graph.

    Your figures seem fine... if you have no fault codes then Im stumped.. I got mine to run smooth after I cleared the fault codes.

    I found on many blogs to use the actual numbers on block 004 and check if the numbers are within the limits. Have you cleared the fault codes for the engine and everything else? If the fault codes have never been cleared then the engine will sound rough even if the fault is not there anymore.

    Im not sure as I recently bought the car. It lags when pulling away from idle, but i've read that it may be the multitronic box. Not sure though Some others have suspected that the various valves or solenoids could be at fault, or a vacuum leak. It doesnt have a huge turbo boost surge feeling. I'm kind of thinking that the valves may be ok as they move and seem to read ok on VCDS, but is the jerky movement right? Does this snappy movement suggest anything? Any help appreciated
