On many Chrysler Sebrings from 2007-2010 have convertible top issues. My issue was that when I let my top down, it would start and then stop halfway. I would then have to hold it down again and it would go into the area but my trunk lid would not close. The hydraulic pump would just make a sound but the lid was not closing.
