I have experienced all these feelings as well and still struggle at times

If you are rising you're only child incomplete family if you're not divorced and you're only child has mother and father so there is no reason to have a guilt but in contrary you are showing to your child that in this World not everything happens like you want and unfortunately sometimes things are not like you want so you don't have All this Time van and Company sometimes you have to play by your own sometimes you have to decide your problems by your own and you don't have enough of fun every time when you come home but at the same time you see your mother and father together and that motivates you to go outside share with people and make real friends! 👪

Lol what a first world problem

We have one child. A daughter, who is just perfect for us. I think I am complete with her but I have this guilt that 'oh what if.. what if, what if I am destined to have more and I'm rejecting my own children'. I fins it hard ro make a choice because of this thought. Is this thought legitimate?

I’m going though this Mum guilt 🥹 my Son just turned 2 but he had a very complicated life since he was born. he had many surgeries and still recovering, we are not doing well financially and we have decided to have one child since we’ve been through a lot and also my pregnancy was not easy I had some complications too. so far I’m just here and there changing my mind but when I think of how my past pregnancy went it just scares me to have an other child and makes be grateful that me and my child are alive, healthy and getting better. cause I feel like pregnancy changed my body so much and the work that comes with it plus finances. it’s not easy

I go through this all the time. I loved my pregnancy and birth with my first. No post partum depression. I savored everyday post the sleepless nights and difficult breastfeeding phase. But i also felt overwhelmed in the love and care I was giving my child. It felt so sufficient and enough back then. Now that he’s 11 I am missing having another one - a sibling for him to speak to and play with. A daughter to share with. When my son gives us a hard time eating his meal I wonder if my second would have balanced that out by being a good eater? I see everyone around me with 2 kids and I feel so left out. I feel I am Missing something big. i feel this mom guilt all the time and I am looking for a solution. Its not too late for me to have a child since Im 42 but I don’t want to regret the decision. I wish I had just followed the template and had another one right after 3 or 4 years of my first. Endless thoughts and questions…

I had my son at 34 years old, I suffered from postpartum depression for many months after birth it was very difficult time. My husband and I both have very time consuming jobs. For a few years I felt guilty for only having one child because I always picture myself with two kids but now I’m at peace with my decision is what works in my family ❤

My daughter is highly offended I’m a believer she is 14 and it’s very hard to live on egg shells I also feel very bad because she doesn’t want to be saved . The nicer I am the more she baits me and when I answer with truth she gets angry . Today she said everyone has demons and I said no not people that live in holiness and she just bugged out on me . I didn’t even say I was holier I struggle with ptsd and the devil is using her . I just wanted her to know holiness comes from God and when one walks it in they can be free . That triggered something in her . I reminded her I’m not perfect and whatever good comes from me is really from God . I have no power everything offends her .

I therefore bind one to be prepared for every good work while binding to hell using one's vessels for innoble purposes in my life, the lives of my family, friends, colleagues, neighbours, acquitances, opponents and the body of Christ, binding to hell every unequal yoke and common share with anyone one's vessels being used for innoble purposes, in accordance with this word and 2 timothy 2:20-22, 2 timothy 2:16, 2 corinthians 6:14-18 in the name and blood of Jesus Christ, amen and hallelujah ❤!

Yes!!

I have only one child. She is truly my joy and our family feels complete with her. Sometimes I do feel that mom guilt you talk about. I am so tired and go through the same struggles all moms go through, but when it comes to speaking about this I feel unqualified. But I think I am at a stage I have made peace with it. Thank you for sharing this! 🙏☺️
