From what I can tell, they beefed up the health and damage of all the bosses they have tweaked or made. Scion of the Sealed God, especially, I believe that with both phases, he might have almost 100,000 health. One Malenia phase also had 26,000 health at least, which is waaayyyyyyy more than she has in the base game I’m pretty sure.

You can easily finish the whole game with just the pulley crossbow that you start with on Perfumer and use nothing else. Start with combat remnant and make a quiver talisman. Triple shot + unlimited ammunition.

The Pomander counts as a Perfume, so not using the regular set is actually nerfing its damage XD. Also, the damage that the pomanders charged Ash of war attack does is absurd, dealt over five digit damage on Radhan with it in a single use. The trick is, you need to get the few initial hits in, as those guarantee a stagger on practically everything.

Since you like the crossbow, you should try the archer class and the quiver talisman it's a fun run.

When running with the bow or crossbow stuff, you can make a quiver talisman, it's a full talisman slot but it makes it so you don't use arrows up anymore. Makes early game on this and the archer WAY easier and makes it feel not so bad if you die or are taking long on a fight bc you aren't gunna run out.

Btw idk if you know this but if you go to a bonfire, you can essentially rest, which fully restores your health and FP, refills your flask charges, and allows you to respawn most enemies in the area!👍

If you want the next best mod for Elden Ring I’d recommend checking out Reforged. Full of QoL changes, a decent number of new weapons, bosses, etc.

Complaining that you have to fight rot bosses to get rot gear is pretty tone deaf. It`s logical, especially for a lore heavy game like Elden Ring. Complaining that the spell buff makes you squishy is weird. The trade off should be there, otherwise you`ll be even more OP. That`s just my opinion. But yeah, Scion of the fell god or whatever his name is a terribly designed boss.
