Sideshaft swingarm conversion Predator 459 into go cart buggy!
We're doing more testing on our sideshaft swingarm conversion kit! The predator 459 rips in these big buggies! It still has reverse, which is a necessity for a buggy of this size. My boy drives the blue buggy, but it has the exact same setup as the black buggy. It's a bit snappier though because it weighs a lot less. :)

Predator 459 in Kandi Spyder and Roketa Explorer using FoxFab Offroad Swingarm

We're testing the FoxFab Offroad swingarm that is a drop in conversion for essentially any GY6 buggy, and it still has reverse! My 12 year old boy was driving the blue Roketa buggy in front of me. These are a blast in the hills! There is simply no way the original GY6 would have the torque to tackle these steep hills at this speed!

This is a prototype of the sequential LED boards for the Celica flatlights! Any combination of colors/patterns is possible. I'm using a clear lens (which I make) but it will also work with all red, and yellow tip lenses. There is still much to be done but at least it's a start! I'm using an arduino nano and 76 WS2812B RGB LEDs. The goal is to run it from an MSP430 if I can get the led libraries...
DIY vacuum forming table PLC controls 2'x4' first video
Переглядів 1,5 тис.6 років тому
This is the first video showing the PLC controls for my 4' vacuum form machine. It's mechanically based on the machine plans available online for $65. Electrically I'm literally making it up as I go along. :) I don't have any electrical drawings to share, sorry about that.

The second video showing the updated versions of my gauge modules. They're really cheap (under $10 each) and work quite well. The info is in the video but let me know if you have any questions!
Megasquirt Arduino Teensy MSP430 CAN I2C Gauges
Переглядів 10 тис.8 років тому
A demonstration of some hacked together code showing my idea for Megasquirt driven gauges. The Megasquirt broadcasts all the information over CAN (Controller Area Network) to the Teensy 3.2 (a very powerful arduino based microcontroller). The Teensy digests all that information and sends out commands over an I2C network to the slave modules that run on an MSP430 based microcontroller. Each gaug...

77 Celica RA29 RA28 gauge conversion switec motor
Переглядів 1,1 тис.9 років тому
Finished fitting the gauge conversion. I installed two switec stepper motors and installed the factory needles onto the steppers. In this video I have the same input feeding both the temp and fuel gauges, as well as the PWM driving the LED backlights. I don't think I'll need to be able to control the backlights add I think full on will be just fine. I will be using a GM temperature sender, and ...

This is a more complete video showing the sequential taillights. It will show the blinkers, the brakes, and the headlights. Though in this light the headlights are a bit difficult to see. I still don't have the board in the fifth bar complete, but just imagine in your head that everything will continue onto the fifth bar. You can visit my online store and see a few more details, along with othe...

Hello !!Hi, where did you buy the ABS?
whats the part number? Im looking to do a Dual Needle gauge myself (not a clock)
amazing

Amazon job !
Does it fit an RA22? Where can I buy one?
How about you use a modified servo so it can do a full circle and you know the position
such a great build.
this build is brilliant...love the use of ssr and plc... how are you actually controlling them...just the switches....im going to make a 24 x 24. ill prolly use extrusion like i always do :P. great channel. great build. have an awesome holiday. edit: i see you are using click plc to control all of your relatys and switches...so fun...now i have to learn something new :P
Are they still available ?
Hello! How thick are the tank walls? and what is the vacuum limit you use? Thank you!
hi mate, did you find out what model of audi this came from? im looking at this for a wall clock ive had for nearly 40 years with a porsche 911 on it. thankyou
Are you still selling these hood hinges and hood props?
Yep! Foxfab.storenvy.com
@@Foxau2are they out of stock? I need a set asap!😅
Do you still sell these? I want to buy one
did you can do a counter 1-2 0-9 (for hours) and another 0-5 0-9 for minutes, and "do the maths for translate to degrees" (COUNTER IN BINARY 4 digits like old school BCD) an your clock KNOW the actual time (i do this in colege ussing TTL logic) using the 59 in binary to carri 1 hour and reset himself) I GUESS this setup have a 60-1 reduction gear ... but how did you do 200 steps into 60 ? ---- This is a nice proyect because the comercial clocks are crap afther 1-2 years... maybe all together can give life to a INMORTAL CLOCK for home,
Nice job friend.
I need them for my 77
Foxfab.storenvy.com
Man where did he go? I can’t contact it anywhere
Where can I buy those
How many cfm and how many hp is your vacuum pump?
Can you show me the systeme of compresor and vaccum pump pls
Hi, are you still going to be making these?
Do you have to run continuous key on power? Does the Arduino Nano have a boot up time? I am thinking of doing something similar, but am too lazy to run key on power to the trunk.
Where can I get a set of hinges and the hood prop for a 72 Celica?
How can I get in contact with you guys i really need one desperately
I really need one on my 1977 RA 24 how much are they ?
maybe a tad over engineered for a garage operation, but have fun.
😍😍😍😍😍
Making some headlight?
Taillight buckets for old Celicas.
Why not have a 2 stage vacuum system? Like shop vac and vacuum pump.
Didn't want to deal with the added complexity.
Nice!!
Epic! (cool cars btw!)
Nice build! Would you be willing to post the source of the controller plans and/or share the code for those who want to go all in?
Nice work on the automation!
i used to this kind of stuff when i was younger, way over build stuff not because i needed it but just because i had the idea and had to build it. so in the last 2 years how many times have you used your super trick overbuilt vacuum form machine?
Top notch. Very nice machine. I was wondering if I could commission you to make some parts for me. I have made bucks but would rather not build a machine for one time use.
Do you have information on how to build one like that that’s available
Very nice work , ive almost finished building mine its 1200mm × 1200mm abouts twice the size of yours , what gauge nichrome wire did you end up using and what is your power supply ? Cheers mate from Australia
I bought the coils off ebay. They are 1200 watt 220V coils. I just had to stretch them to fit my element panels.
did you build the linear press system yourself or is it from something?
I built all of it myself from plans online.
How much do you want for a set?
very nice ,can you share the code , joseledesma1980@yahoo.com. thanks
This is a crazy set up with the plc controlling everything. Great work dude.
Where's the "how to?
