How do you avoid having all the little scarabs spawning?

i encourage using the stone edges of the platforms to avoid him during his diving phases. dont step on the middle. rotate behind him if you are melee and if you can freeze/stun/electrocute, do that asap.

2 tries ended up with 300ish honor and tons of curses and lost. 3rd try full honor+%50 dmg buff and whole fight took 30 seconds lol.

fuck GGG for forcing this on players. Such a waste of time and unbearably tedious/unfun.

I was having so many problems with the trap rooms that I thought this boss was gonna be MEGA hard when I got to it. I killed her in 10 seconds, she froze almost instantly and did no mechanics lol

How are you going to show mechanics and I walk into the boss fight and it has completely different stuff going on than you showed, literally zero mentions of the entire arena being a barrage of poison arrows or how to stop or prevent that from happening.

The way this crap is tuned, how long it is, honor, randomness of boons…just makes me not want to play it all. For two points?! Awful design.

How you activate with 2nd curse that your wearing ring on it , curse element weakness on hit. The 1st curse is from skitterbot. The 2nd curse do you tap the button or automatically cast 2nd time? and despair. Im confusing and try to build hexblast. Do the extra curse automatically cast it or tap it to activate? Im try wear the ring curse on hit only, it does not work.

I'm so salty after repeatedly losing to this bullshit trial. Why the fuck is Honor a thing in the bossfights, why the fuck is the RNG such a big aspect? So infuriating. You grind maps for hours to get a chance to run a trial, then fail it for the most fucked up reasons..Get rid of this already..

in general a helpful video. The traps on the platforms, should have been mentioned, though! Seeing you NOT touching them, doesen't automatically mean that they are activating traps. It just seems that you prefer to run instead of looking for shelter on them.

I actually did my 3rd ascendancy for my Warbringer just last night, hooray! Some long tiddlybits that worked for me: - Movement is key for this fight. Do NOT take the -25% movement speed affliction. Taking it makes the fight way too difficult. Luckily I got the +40% movement speed at the exchange of gaining the affliction "you and your minions deal 40% less damage" (this was totally worth it) - Max honour and honour resist is SO important. I took the time to grind Trial of the Sekhemas for good relics, and I definitely noticed a big difference. Even just doing a 2 floor Trial only for killing the 2nd boss to unlock the additional relic slots helps a ton - Do not "get on the platform" for this boss like Balbala says cuz it'll shoot poison projectiles everywhere. It's str8 jeb8 imho. It's simply better to run around the edge of the arena (like this video suggests) - Circling around the boss to avoid its attacks is what worked for me as long as you don't walk into the quicksand (getting slowed will set you up for eating a huge attack). Rolling or walking to the boss' back made me avoid the 2 big tail attacks more consistently (circular swipe and charged slam attacks) - If anyone is wondering what I used for Warbringer is: Ancestral Totem (w/ Armour Breaker skill) break armour -> Infernal Cry (empower attacks) -> Hammer of The Gods (or Sunder if on cooldown) ONLY if you know you're safe to do so (as in not doing this as the boss charges up a big attack). I just basic attack if I only have a short attack window Hope this helps someone out there xd

awesome man, i had +25% damage and +50% minion damage, only major affliction being 15% enemy attack speed and no honour restore, lucked out on rng

Had 1k honour left, thanks to not seeing some of these attacks for the first time, I was able to beat it :D You can pretty much just run in circles at maxrange, then dodgeroll like crazy during the dive-phase. Imo the second dual-boss is much more difficult

BEWARE PEOPLE TRYING FIRST TIME!!! : This video has everything but doesn't have the info for platforms. I watched this video and engaged to boss. Made the mistake to stand on one of them. Immediately a trap sprung, a lot of bettles spawned and I lost all my honour.

Maaaaaan. I barely killed Ashar and Balbala started to praise me for it. Ran to the boss to pick up the loot and a poison bomb erupted from her shortly after, killing me and not granting me the Ascendancy points. Did they consulted Hidetaka Miyasaki when designing the trials or what? :') Great video btw. I pretty much was able to kill her because of your tips. Thank you Aldo!

Its the worst mechanic in game for me, a lot depends on rng and you need to fucking complete it for ascendancy its regress, in labs at least when you died you were just weak or you didnt explore rooms for shrines, here you just need luck...

I think if you stand on a platform it will interrupt his borrowing mechanic. It won't spawn traps

Lolol just did it with Reapers and didn't lose a single honor. Level 74 in the 72 trial. Frigging ridiculous dmg the Reaper minions do because she died in about 6 seconds?

try it like 15 time , im 15lvl over and still woop my a** , i cant shock him or do anything that my build is made for soo the fight take 30min and always finish by losing all honors , had like 70% honor resist and 2500+ honor , at some point they need to change it , its completly stupid to have a boss you cant hit half the time
