@@GlitteratiNailss The purpose of me using sticky tabs is for content creation purposes only. If you want your press on nails to last you will need to apply them with nail glue.

@@placid.hippie Hey thanks for your comment! I have never had that problem actually! I’d say make sure when you are sizing your nail tips that they fit properly from side wall to side wall. Other than that you could also select a slightly larger size for your nails and file the edges to your liking after you’ve finished. Hope this helps!

When applied to gel extensions, rubber base enhances adhesion and adds strength, while builder gel, which has a thicker and more rigid consistency, is used to shape and maintain the structure of the extensions. They have similarities but it just depends on what you are looking for! Rubber base is my Go- to for nails as of lately 😅💖 I use to only be an acrylic nail girlie lol. Primer is a liquid solution used after your “prep” to ensure your nails are dehydrated and prepped properly. You would use both a prep and a primer to ensure good retention with any nail enhancement ✨

This is a lamp from Amazon I believe the name was “ALLKEM” flash curing lamp

Hey girl! So for me I do a lot of content creation with my products and I use a pop off base that way I can switch up sets and continue to create, but if I wanted to leave them on for a long period of time I would apply a thin layer of gel glue, cure and then apply extensions like regular! ✨ They last 4 weeks and when I am ready to remove I would file down the bulk of the nail, and soak off like regular. Sorry you had a difficult time with the brand you tried! Let me know how this works for you when you try 💕✨

@@Lovelyme88 Gel polish is typically used for gel manicures, while rubber base can be used for structured manicures and gel extensions. Rubber base has a much thicker consistency than gel polish, adding strength and protection to your natural nails and even helping them grow out. It is often applied over gel extensions for extra strength. I personally love rubber base as part of the "Gel X" system because, with proper preparation, gel nail extensions can last over four weeks!

Rubber base is like any other gel, you would still need to cure it 🫶🏽

Thank you!! It means a lot 💖🎀🥹 in regards to the retention of your nails, I would look into your preparation before actually applying the enhancements! It could be as simple as you using products that aren’t fully of the quality you are looking for. Try experimenting with other gel glues (we have a great one) ✨ and make sure your nail tips are sized correctly. That is my best advice! I definitely can follow up with a video! 💖🫶🏽✨ stay tuned sis!

Gel X is “soft gel” meaning you can soak them off just like you would acrylic! ✨ You would want to trim the nails down first, then file them down with your E file. Once you’ve filed the bulk of the nail down you can proceed with soaking your nails in acetone! Repeat until the nail enhancement had been fully removed ✨🫶🏽

To be honest I use acetone with a cotton ball on one side and then I can get the edge of my cuticle remover under it and use a little acetone under and then they poop off, I use the side of the cuticle clipper etc. repeating the step if needed across the nail. It's really easy, and I've never hurt my nails.

@@Desalexiss it usually takes a few seconds once you can get the side of the cuticle clipper under it, and the acetone makes the nails soft pretty quick.
