I am in love with your brand!!! Congratulations!!! I have a question. I’m a Master Cosmetologist and I am constantly using water and products all day. Does this affect the gel x longevity in any way? Is there anything I could do to help them stay? I had this question in mind and I stumbled across your brand and video. Could you do a video for gel x tips for professionals? Thank you!! It means a lot 💖🎀🥹 in regards to the retention of your nails, I would look into your preparation before actually applying the enhancements! It could be as simple as you using products that aren’t fully of the quality you are looking for. Try experimenting with other gel glues (we have a great one) ✨ and make sure your nail tips are sized correctly. That is my best advice! I definitely can follow up with a video! 💖🫶🏽✨ stay tuned sis!

this is the first time i’ve seen someone not add a layer of gel glue on the natural nail before applying the tips
I’ve tried many different methods (applying a thin layer, and applying the tips directly without a thin layer) both work great for me!
How do you remove gel x nails?
Gel X is “soft gel” meaning you can soak them off just like you would acrylic! ✨
You would want to trim the nails down first, then file them down with your E file.
Once you’ve filed the bulk of the nail down you can proceed with soaking your nails in acetone!
Repeat until the nail enhancement had been fully removed ✨🫶🏽
To be honest I use acetone with a cotton ball on one side and then I can get the edge of my cuticle remover under it and use a little acetone under and then they poop off, I use the side of the cuticle clipper etc. repeating the step if needed across the nail. It's really easy, and I've never hurt my nails.

@@Desalexiss it usually takes a few seconds once you can get the side of the cuticle clipper under it, and the acetone makes the nails soft pretty quick.

What is the primer used for?
Primer is a liquid solution used after your “prep” to ensure your nails are dehydrated and prepped properly. You would use both a prep and a primer to ensure good retention with any nail enhancement ✨

What’s the difference between gel polish and rubber base?
@@Lovelyme88 Gel polish is typically used for gel manicures, while rubber base can be used for structured manicures and gel extensions. Rubber base has a much thicker consistency than gel polish, adding strength and protection to your natural nails and even helping them grow out. It is often applied over gel extensions for extra strength. I personally love rubber base as part of the "Gel X" system because, with proper preparation, gel nail extensions can last over four weeks!

You cure the rubber base just like you would any other gel!
Means the rubber base don't need thebuv light?
Rubber base is like any other gel, you would still need to cure it 🫶🏽
