These are fake, and more than likely made in Pakistan. Tons are being “manufactured” in Pakistan. Real Cleto Reyes gloves have very noticeable and meticulous double-stitching. After much consideration and research, I went straight to the Cleto Reyes site and I feel like a kid waiting for Xmas morning. I’m 43 😆 Hope you got this resolved and are happy with your Reyes’ 🥊🤘🏽

I asked them how much 18 oz custom color training gloves would cost, with orthopedic foam, no special leather, they quoted me $1,250. And of course $35.00 for shipping. They don’t even have a website or accept credit cards. They’re just a heavily over priced Mexican made glove.

For some reason I really wanna try the shields in 18oz. Feel like they’d be a good conditioning glove for bag work and being “oversized” . I have some Rival RB2 that I use currently. Just bag work in the garage

Yo, don’t tie it to your lace converters! Instead, when you get the 3 loops through the hole in your converter, feed the other end of the converter through the loops, then slide them to the base. Way easier, creates the most secure hold, no need to tie it, easier to undo etc etc. awesome method btw!

this method is so good. instead of tying off the three loops in the lacenloop rivet, i lined up the loops and threaded the lacenloop THROUGH the loops, gets way tighter than a knot and gives me the max length

I just ordered a pair of 8 oz lace-up Safetec boxing gloves, directly from the Cleto Reyes website, and while everything else was good, the liner arrived just like yours in this video. As many different boxing gloves as I've owned, borrowed, tried out, I've never once experience a liner like that. It's so bad that they're unusable. What the f*ck is going on with Cleto Reyes?

The X version is exactly the same as the premium version. Only difference is the outer material. It’s £200 more to have real leather instead of synthetic material

to get rid of the tie bump, you can loop the laces in the strap same time you are looping in the glove holes. its kinda tricky but you have to critically figure it out.
