I think Chinese mice you take on a case by case, not all Chinese mice are equal, from everything I’ve heard the OGM stuff is also amazing! We’ve had some proper disappointments in build quality from western companies and non Chinese companies as well! I go based off reputation and pulsar doesn’t have the best, from personal experience and reading those of others.

@@RestlessGeckoReviews I was oringally all about Logitech and Razer. Then I got a Fantech Aria XD7 and it changed my mind. Now I have that and a Rapoo VT9Pro 4k and feel shape and value are most important. Don't give the bug guys your money.

@@Chef_PewPew I think Logitech and razer are generally good quality with safe shapes but I’d describe them as normieware, they do a decent job for like 90% of people that aren’t min maxing their set up. (Even some that are) I think the enthusiast scene is moving wayyyy further beyond them now.

I think buying clones is a scummy practice in general. Support the companies that put in all the work and money developing these products. Don’t support the copycats profiting off someone else’s hard work.

@@chrisb8479 I see no reason to support any company who is gouging the shit out of their customers. Razer, Logitech, etc. Both companies I have had bad experiences with, QC wise. And don't get me started on Logitech's "customer support". Absolutely the worst RMA experience I've ever, well, experienced. A month of waiting at least 24 hours for a response to every email, only to be told every single time that "Hi, I'm your new support person, what's the issue?" Believe me, after explaining yourself 14 times it's begins to grate. I had to threaten them with the sale of goods act, amongst other things, to finally have my issue dealt with. A horrific experience. Check out Trust Pilot reviews if you think I'm a one off.

Everything is so perfect in terms of performance even at 1K that it’s almost snake oil at this point. RJN has the right equation! Weight I would say is subjective but it is easier to aim with a lighter mouse.

i'd say something like click feeling is more important than latency. it's really a deal breaker for me if i have mouse with shitty clicks. for example the first batch of pulsar x2v2 had sticky and stiff clicks. made me really hate the mouse.

not really cause i used chinese 3395 mice before and my viper mini still has better sensor implementation.

Width will be an issue more than length. I would say it wouldn’t be ideal.

Same size but the hump placement on the Zowie is further forwards and its more ergonomic rather than generic.

Not as far as I’m aware! The dai dai orange colour-way supposedly picks up less dust and hair though but I think that’s nonsense.

It depends on whether you like to have space between your palm and the mouse when you relax claw. The OP1 and Atlantis mini give you that but you’ll find yourself in a locked in claw with the maya and Sora. It’s very much dependent on what you prefer. I loved the Atlantis mini and OP1 shape because of that space. The Maya was very nondescript and didn’t thrill me, and the sora is great for that locked in claw.

I described it as feeling more locked in and analogue, not so much nostalgic. I think the sensor implementation, at least to me just feels better, particularly at 1K hz on the original Superlight.

I imagine it’s an attempt to tempt people people onto the new mice. More a marketing ploy than anything else.

😂 I wish. If I was in Logitech there would be the craziest colors of GPXs. I wish they made a yellow one like the original G Pro Wireless Limited Edition. I just love the mouse so much. Like you said it before. It's like coming home. There is ONE other mouse I feel so comfortable with and that's the HyperX Pulsefire Haste 2. But the GPX is my Endgame. They shall never tinker with the shape of it, it's perfect. Just the internals if needed. That's just my take on it.

They did make a yellow variation but it was only for the Asian market, so you might be able to track one down. It’s like Navi yellow, looks awesome! It is just the only mouse a lot of people ever need!

Depends what you’re looking for as they’re wildly different mice. A good mid point between the two looks to be the Lamzu Maya X 8K, should be out sometime next month. 1000% worth a look!

Some people have an addiction to cutting and biting -or even eating- their nails untill it's very short. I personally really dislike it because when I see the nails like that, I get extremely uncomfortable.

Thank you! The OP1 scratches way more itches than the XE-S for hand size and grip style. I think the OP1W 4K is going to be insane value for money! The Lamzu Maya Max is looking interesting too.

I have op18k and XE-S, I think op1 shape is better but clicks and scroll wheel feels are kinda meh for me. XE-S I’m having a hard time to grip it and everything else is great! I stopped using op18k because the mouse didn’t really make me perform “better” but once I hopped back to XE-S and Outset AX I found significant improvement to my cs2 gameplay. My hand size is 16.5x10 & aggressive claw grip style

If you want to go for “safer” shape I highly recommend Vancer’s thrash

Still yet to get hold of one, had the 4k but had an issue with the clicks. I’ll get one soon and redo the list later in the year after the upcoming releases.

Cuz Chinese mice are a$$ and have very bad RF firmwares and wireless tech and don’t have 8khz pull rake like and all weigh so much compared to USA made Finalmouse ULX 29g 8khz pull rate and lowest click latency on any wireless mouse to date right behind the Endgame Gear OP18k and with very light spammable trinkets binder ASMR guano blue shell pink dot switches then we got Vaxee with their impecable wireless performance making their mice feel like wired mice while being wireless and have such low wireless latency and click performance with such silt smooth no acceleration no nothing wireless performance with 4khz pull rate and always innovating with lower weight and light spammable huano blue shell black dot clicks. Then we got Zowie king of shapes with no pain that suit everyone with every hand size and has the best built quality of any mice to date that’s built like a tank and will never break or deform shape and has great 0 interference with any wireless devices with their big antenna receiver and feels buttery smooth to use and no motion delays no click latency and very low latency at esports lan tournaments. So point is USA makes the best mice on the market over Chinese mice and Chinese mice have no room to speak and compete cuz they are so a$$ and there’s so many better options to pick from that are way better performance, weight, shape, and size over any other Chinese mice on the market!

There are tons of Chinese mice that are just as good or better than these mice are, and they almost all offer at least 4k polling and most are offering 8k polling as well. The latest mice are offering 3950 sensors as well. Maybe learn what you are talking about opening your yap

The OP1 has more of a wedge shape with the hump sat further back, so I get more contact under where my knuckles are and it’s not as wide as the XE-S. It feels more like a scalpel than a knife if that makes sense. The thinner front and widening out to the back also feels more comfortable to me, just more natural.

I imagine their review units are very carefully selected! Always very skeptical of recommendations from people that receive the “friends and family” editions.

@@RestlessGeckoReviews I have owned four Pulsar mice. Three were faulty. The OG Xlite. Poorly made, faulty piece of crap. Returned. The replacement was the same. Refunded. Then the X2H Mini after getting sucked in by the hype. It had the sticky click issue. Returned, and Zerk sent me a copy that actually works as intended. Never again. It's a shame as they do make good shapes.

I got a first batch X2 mini from Zerk and it started double clicking within a month of moderate use. It frustrates me because they’re a semi-premium brand that are sponsoring esports teams and then they have a track record with QC that’s worse than Gwolves, arguably 😂 100% great shapes, just very hit and miss quality-wise.

Yeah the value of the op1w 4k is going to be insane! In terms of small ergo I've claw gripped the Xlite V2 Mini from Pulsar and that was a good shape for it. Then with the Deathadder V3 Pro and EC1-CW I have a weird palm/claw hybrid that works for me, but I find myself steering clear of ergos for claw now. I feel like I have more free wrist movement with a symmetrical mouse or an asymmetrical like an NP-01/s.

Thanks, this is very helpful opinion/info because I wanted to try Asus rog keris II ace due to lower price now. But if you say symmetrical mouse works better for claw then I guess waiting for op1w 4k is better option.
