I had a feeling that the story would be good on this, but I knew the art wasn't going to be the greatest.

They made raven look tor back! They could have made her a bit more attractive 😮

I thought Cassandra Nova wasn't doing anything bad again. Also, I really hope that Psylocke stop seeing herself as a weapon and more as the incredibly person she is.

The story was OK. The story was just not long enough. This whole issue could have been condensed into a few pages. Marvel needs to make comics like they did in the eighties.

This first issue was very good! I can say the art and wrtiting is good, and they are. This is obvious. But that’s just the start. The creative team on this did a great job saying here is 2-3 pages of background and history. It’s precise, concise and says a lot without bogging-down. I can’t imagine how hard this would be as a creative team in order to appeal to Marvel and the “ jumping on” point marketing BUZZZZ I found the Storm history writing to be a very unselfish approach, because not all readers remember every single thing about a hero especially an X-Men that’s had such depth. This was so good in my mind I’m confident after issue too I’ll be asking my local Comics shop to add it to my pool. As far as the art goes what they do with her hair in this is amazing. It’s as if her looks , command serious attention, nonstop, but you never lose momentum within the writing while doing so. Everything’s perfectly complemented in this book. I highly recommend going to pick up as I feel. It’s in the top of the ashes. Just my personal opinion. Your videos are not only great, but they’re extremely helpful on catch-up and follow up. There are times that I don’t feel like rereading the issue before I read the newest release and these recap and review videos are phenomenal for that. Thank you for your time and effort it’s so appreciated.

Jean is barely using any power to fight. This imo is showing her trying to show restraint and finding a solution to all the fear and hatred people have on the Phoenix. Sure she can mentally make everyone love the Phoenix but that doesn’t solve the problem bc then they lose their free will. I can’t wait to see what Jean/Phoenix becomes in this series Oh I feel like she’s gonna cure Gorr’s hate with some talkjustisu

Sarah's backstory is incredibly horrible and horrifying. To lose your child in such a mess up way and then for you to commit suicide to be woth them just to come back as that. Is just so mess up. Now, I'm not justifying her actions but still. Also, they are making it easy to hate Corina.

All I could think while reading this issue was DAMN this right here is how you utilize a whole bunch of the current marvel universe for 1 quick Avenger's level situation. Those pages with the spell being cast are SO cool to me. Love Mackay's work so much.

Great video. One issue as an Original Midnight Sons fan, it's pronounced Mon-tee-zee Formula named after the Montesi family of which Victoria Montesi is the last one I'm pretty sure unless her father is still alive. It's been awhile so I can't quite remember if he dies in the original storyline.

Younger, I used to admire the X-Men………..now older, I can say that MAGNETO was a HALF-MEASURE.

It was alright. I don't like how the writers keep harping on her guilt. It's very tired and she had NO guilt during her Morrison run so I'd prefer that she move on but ehh. The cast is an interesting choice and I forsee a Jean- Gladiator team up in the future.
