Thanks for this video. Nevertheless, the « third » part of this nocturne is written with 3/4 at right hand and 4/4 at left hand. It was not usual at that time and has been wrongly corrected by some editors. You can find this version in Henle Verlag edition. And it is « so much Chopin » than the version you have. Kind regards from France.
