AWWWW HII BESTIE🤗Yes!! I am back! Thank you so much for your comment, I appreciate you so much! And you’re so right it’s not something a lot of people get if they haven’t experienced it themselves. It can be so overwhelming to not just feel responsible for someone else but especially a parent. I definitely like the bag-it’s soo pretty and the colour is 👌🏽 but ya it does have a couple downsides. I was thinking I could get a chain strap through the loops too, and I’m sure you could with a thin chain, but the straps I have are too thick for those loops. Another thing I’d worry about with putting the chain through the loops is indenting the leather on the flap, considering how sensitive it has proven to be with just the front closure alone. So getting an insert seemed like the best option for using a chain. I got it btw and the chain looks cute on it 🥹

Agree! I would prefer proper solid feet on the bag too. The leather strips could still get dirty, which would of course be more noticeable on the lighter colours. Not a deal breaker for me but def something that could be improved. I wonder why they went that route…

Haha I have been there so I understand thankfully my overconsumption phase was more while I was in uni and could only afford forever 21 LOLOL otherwise idk where I’d be lol. I’ve become much more mindful of what I buy and try really hard to only buy things that I know I will like and use for a long long time; large purchases I rarely make on a whim and even the large purchases I’ve made impulsively have been things I had been thinking about buying for a while but still was trying to wait longer before pulling the trigger. I think dupes are fine to be honest, I don’t really like counterfeits but what people choose to buy is not my business and if it helps them figure out if they like a style or not and ends up SAVING them in the long run, I totaalllly get that. Especially with how expensive designer items have gotten, these aren’t everyday purchases and def need more consideration! 🩷 I’m glad you like the video thank you soo much for taking the time to comment, I appreciate you!!

I totally recommend also protecting the bottoms. I can't wear new shoes now without protecting them haha! It always feels so much better knowing that you're not completely ruining the bottoms when you wear them out after they've been protected. And it's inexpensive to do as well, because the supplies will last for multiple shoes.

Hi! Right now hammered pieces are hard to come by online/in-store (although apparently it does happen) and some people say VCA has paused orders for hammered pieces while it works on a backlog. However, the website has always said "Order by Phone" when I've looked (for this and other hammered rose gold pieces), so I ordered directly through my CA. If you don't have a CA, maybe try placing an order by phone (I believe they can source the order from stores first and if that doesn't work they special order from the workshop--don't quote me on this, it's just what I've heard from other UA-camrs) or if you have a store close to you see if you can make an appointment and order it in person. It will take some time to come though. I was quoted 4 months, but it came in about 2. Also, I have a really small wrist so the bracelet is loose...but I haven't adjusted it yet, I don't want it to be too tight either. I might still do it though when I order the 6 motif. But it can be adjusted--I think that takes like 2 weeks or something.

This is the Vanilla colour! I really love the oat as well though and am restraining myself from ordering it😅 idk if you’ve seen but they also just released a set of limited colours (they call it the “Rainbow Collection”) so there are even more colours to choose from!

I got this for my birthday too as a late bday present to self 😅 I love it! I did buy it online (and it arrived really fast, within a few days)-specifically because when you buy online you have 30 days for a refund (I wasn’t sure what the policy was for in-store purchases and was nervous I might not like it in person). Another tip is if you ever have to return an online purchase from Dior, take it to the store so they take care of the shipping. 🤍 so glad you found this video helpful!!

Aw totally makes sense! The store experience can be super fun if you have the right SA, so if you can and the bag is available-I say do it! Just go in with a focus & try not to get distracted/make an impulse purchase (said as someone who gets distracted easily in store 😅 ). What was your first LV that you ordered?!😃

So I haven’t had them for long but I can say they are easy to take off the bag…what I find hard to detach is when two backings (the parts that attach from inside the bag) jump together (for me this happens when I’m trying to get them back on the care card for storage). And I don’t think that they’ll leave dents or marks on a bag if used as directed-they’re meant to be removed after every use. But yah wouldn’t want them to make any marks! 🙅🏽‍♀️ I’ll update everyone once I’ve had more time to use them!

Hey hey! So I was looking through comments on The Gals Guide’s videos on handbag heels to see what she has said about this. Basically she recommends using a pouch in your bag for things that have metal (like keys), but if you have a large bag and can fit an insert or organizer, I don’t think that would hurt!
