That's actually a better question than you think. Automatics have a parking gear which basically locks up the gears. It would be very difficult to move it to tdc in park, if not impossible. You would also have a harder time in a drive gear because you are dragging the transmission also. In neutral, the transmission will not rotate with the engine. So you need it in neutral or removed from the engine. Hopefully, that explained for you. If you need anything else, let me know.

It can be done, but it is cheaper and easier to do the whole thing. On the more modern style, they integrate the 2 and it is difficult to separate them without damaging the actuator for the throttle body. Often, they don't sell them separately on this style.

@larick6067 well it sounds like you issue was tire related. This is actually what i was thinking mine may have been, something like, once the tires broke in the steering issue chilled out. I am not sure though.

Based on your codes you have a fuel delivery problem to the front bank and/or cylinder number 2. More injectors, depending on which one you changed. Fuel filter, fuel pump, the p219b says it probably coming in low pressure. I would start on cheaper easier first fuel filter than fuel pump. That one is a pain, it's in the fuel tank. If you think this came up because of the work you did, the intake may not be seated properly or there is a bad o-ring on lower/upper intake. That would cause an air imbalance. It might be worth the time to remove those again and check your seals in the front bank. Hopefully that helps, let me know if you need anything else.

The recall is related to how far your wheels will turn. They did something in the programming or put the wrong pinion on the mechanizism. I was told it was programming. If that is the case, they allowed for turns of the steering wheel to equal too many turns of the actual wheels. A stiffness and a jerking wouldn't be related. If it isn't under warranty, you would save money taking to a non-dealership honda mechanic. Dealerships are normally double shop rate.

SRS ECU for simple head on systems (2 airbags and maybe sone seatbelt pretensioners) can have no external sensors, this kind can deploy airbags with just being powered and hit in enclosure :>

@shapourdashtpour63 your trim line doesn't matter. The fan is drawing air through it. If your fan is blowing through the filter, it is running backwards or you are feeling the air being displaced. It draws air from outside, through the filter, towards the fan and into the ducting.

I think no for this issue, but honda just announced the recall for the steering issue in my country few days ago. My car is in the recall, and their website say the part need to be inspected. I haven't received any letter yet from honda. But so far after they re-adjusted the cable reel, the issue hasn't come back.

@hc60003 i haven't heard about it but i think you have to wait for the recall to come to you unless you can justify jumping ahead.

No, oil is supposed to be checked warn. The manufacturer expects a certain amount to be spread around the engine and it is more accurate to check it warmed up. The amount of oil spread is predicted.

I think i paid like $50 for it then I paid $10-15 for the replacement switch. I mean i provided a link to a kit. I just checked it. They are selling it for $35 so cheap.

@casey3713 I'm sure people realize it does something to make the car not go but i don't think most people realize it destroys someones engine. That if in our day and age of cameras everywhere it would cause jail time for vandalism and property damage. I think most people think it's a goofy prank. Like a potato in the tail pipe.

After they calibrated my camera, it seemed better for maybe a day or 2. About a month after that, it seemed to just go away one day.
