When i defeated griefer i felt bad and i saw he was still there during bubonic plant but after i defeated him i saw a ghost of him standing on the rock behind bubonic plant staring at his father and bubonic so my question is has anyone discovered this too?

It wouldn't really matter if he read the document or not since he already knew he was innocent, and it doesn't really matter if Urbanshade knew or not, since they still conducted human experiments on someone. And how would he have found his document without anyone knowing? He's not very sneaky you know, being a giant fish and all. And since he's a prisoner, they would probably keep constant surveillance on him. It's much more likely that he has been planning the escape for a while. After the breach, he would contact rival companies and trade with the EXR-P for research. 2 days into the lockdown, your character would be sent down there, and Mr. Lopee would make a deal with Sebastian. This is where he gets his document from, which would make sense since Mr. Lopee is the one making Sebastian show you the documents after your death.
