what an interesting look inside the ready meal factory! the technology is really impressive. that said, i can't help but feel like these processed meals might lack the same quality and flavor as home-cooked food. have we become too reliant on convenience over taste?

This video is super interesting and I love how it showcases the technology behind meal production. However, I can't help but wonder if these processed meals are really as healthy as they claim. With so many additives and preservatives, do we really know what we're putting in our bodies? Just my thoughts!

What is in the food that allows it to be stored so long without spoiling?

One thing I’ve never understood about frozen meals that are Asian and/or Indian with rice and meat is why there is no removable wall between them. Like they have to be cooked separately but there should be a removable divider for when you actually eat it.
