Each ending is so anticlimactic, Im confused as to why this book has such a good reputation. THIS is the kind of voice I was looking for. The first few I browsed were female. Nothing against that but they ranged from ditzy, soccer mom, Mary Poppins or UK GPS. This is what I would consider appropriate for this classic story. 🫖🃏🐇
